We had an incredible stay at Sofitel Mexico City. We already stayed there two years ago and had such a fantastic time, we had to return. Not only did we enjoy our stay, it even exceeded our expectations. We traveled with my parents-in-law celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary, and the staff absolutely nailed it. Our two rooms were impeccable, very comfortable with luxurious amenities, and the staff prepared an incredible surprise in honor of my parents-in-law. We felt pampered throughout our entire stay : all the employees were amazing, whether the concierge team, the reception team, the guest experience team, the restaurants and bars (especially Balta and Obsidian), and the spa staff. We had access to the Club Millesime, which was a true highlight for us, with incredible views and delicious food from breakfast to dinner. We would like to thank the staff for their incredible service, especially to Abraham, Julián, and the lady waitress who attended us during both afternoon/evenings (we cannnot remember your name unfortunately!). They have an incredible sense of hospitality and attended us with utmost care. We are very grateful for everything, truly. We will make sure to return to the hotel during our next trip to CDMX, we already cannot wait!
