We loved our stay at Sofitel. It was the perfect mix of traditional and modern luxury. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning where the servers were so kind and helpful. We loved the room size, which was perfect for our family of 5 - 2 adults, 2 teens, and a baby. They provided a crib which was perfect! The service staff was also so friendly and helpful. Ramiro, always greeted us with a smile and answered all of our questions. I loved the thoughtful touches such as boxed water bottles and wood keys for the doors. Our teenage son loved the 24-hr gym. The hotel is located in the Reforma neighborhood right beside the Angel of Independencia. There is a shopping mall with a movie theater within walking distance as well as many restaurants and cafes. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

We had an outstanding experience. Everything - from the hard product, the actual room, the view, the soaps and toiletries, was exceptional quality. But most of all, the service was outstanding- everyone we interacted with from the front office reception staff to the people at breakfast were smart, helpful and caring.
