The room was great and I received Amex benefits - room upgrade, early check in, late checkout. the men's locker room needed more attention and I had to get a towel from the pool area which is a hassle. the restaurant was packed at breakfast and the buffet was missing lots of things on one of the days. the room was dark, cool and quiet so I slept well. hot water arrives in under 7 seconds. towels and linens were high quality.

This was our 3rd stay with Sofitel CDMX and we’re already looking forward to our next return For this visit, we booked the Club Millésime suite, and it was such a nice upgrade. The warm, attentive service had us visiting the lounge daily for breakfast and evening cocktails. While the suite was excellent, what truly sets the Sofitel CDMX apart is the staff. Every team member we encountered greeted us with a genuine, welcoming smile. The concierge team was always available to arrange transportation or provide directions. The exceptional service is the reason we return year after year.
