Good location, excellent Club Sofitel with truly great staff and benefits, rooms start showing some wear and tear. Rates have become way too expensive though, which is true for most better hotels in CDMX. That may be OK for business travelers, but not so much for leisure travelers. Hope the hotels find a better balance there towards the leisure travelers.

Hosted a birthday party with 14 friends. This hotel is a great location for all our day trips as well as walking around and exploring the city. Breakfast was delicious and have a lot of variety. The staff are wonderful and very accommodating at breakfast. We stayed for three nights and one of the nights we did not get it turned down Service. They left our glassware and items in the room. We were out all evening and was very disappointed that the room was not serviced. I told the front desk in the next morning and they just apologized and said they will service room today. A bit disappointing, no other reason.

Milestone bday celebration-they provided cake and wine. Thnk you for that!! Although they wrote happy anniversary on the cake! But, still ok! Great location, large room with high ceilings and beautiful large bathroom! Great service by front desk, concierge, and Balta food staff. But some problems: doors not shutting in toilet bathroom, banging on the wall like someone kicking the wall and music all night long (it maybe coming from outside). Also-front desk guy didn’t know about my credit with Amex and was gonna charge me even tho I had credit left. Overall, 8/10 stay due to great customer service with the staff.

Our stay at Sofitel Mexico City exceeded expectations. The room was spacious and updated. Clean lines. Modern finishes. Everything felt fresh and well designed. The floor to ceiling windows delivered stunning city views, especially at night when Reforma lights up. Breakfast was a highlight. Fresh fruit, made to order options, great coffee. The service team stayed attentive without hovering. You start your day energized and taken care of. The location makes this hotel a smart choice. You are in the heart of Reforma. You walk to top shopping spots. You reach Roma Norte in minutes for some of the best restaurants and cafés in the city. If you want comfort, views, and access to everything Mexico City offers, this is the place to book.

From our arrival to our departure, interactions with staff were friendly and informative. Special Gracias to Jesus and Charlie whom helped me with elevators, bags and directions. The concierge team on the 36th floor were gracious and welcoming with a special note of Merci to Mariana. She exceeded our expectations of guest services from Sofitel and Accor staff.
