We had a fantastic time at the CDMX Sofitel. The room was beautiful, spotless and quiet. We had some tiny issues that were resolved super quickly. We felt totally taken care of and attended to. It was worth every penny.

The staff was welcoming from the very minute we arrived and throughout all of the meals and room service. The location is central that everything is a short walking distance. The room views towards the Angel are just spectacular.

The included breakfast has been downgraded, and the food quality has fallen. The pool water is no longer warmed to a pleasant temperature, and the air temperature in the pool area is too cold, making it uncomfortably chilly when getting out of the water. The billing documents are completely opaque, and it is difficult or impossible to use All Accor reward points for payment.
