Good afternoon, thank you very much for your review. We’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. Unfortunately, our location is a bit noisy since it’s in the city center, and like any metropolis, we know how chaotic it can get. We hope you’ll visit us again soon so you can also experience the benefits of staying in an area with as much culture and history as downtown Mexico City. Best regards.

I really loved this hotel. The rooms are on the small side, and the bathrooms are quite cramped and a little awkward, but overall the hotel is incredibly comfortable. The views are amazing, and the beautiful large windows make the rooms feel special. Hopefully, the windows get a good cleaning soon, because they deserve to be crystal clear! Parking was surprisingly easy, the location is excellent, and the rooms are perfect for people-watching from the comfort of your bed. The bed and overall comfort were excellent, which made it a very enjoyable stay. The staff were helpful, although I found them to be a bit cold and somewhat authoritarian in their manner. That said, they were professional and got the job done. Despite the few quirks, I genuinely enjoyed staying here and would happily come back.

Our stay was great! The room was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location couldn't have been better. We were in town for the World Cup, and the hotel was only about a 10–15 minute walk to the Zócalo, which made getting around very convenient. The price was also very reasonable for the location and quality. I would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip.
