Service Lobby staff showed complete indifference upon arrival, offering no assistance with four heavy pieces of luggage Front desk staff appeared disengaged and unwelcoming Notably lacking the warmth and hospitality expected from a hotel of this caliber Room Cramped accommodations No view Basic facilities below expectations Overall The combination of poor service and subpar room quality made for a disappointing stay. The staff's lack of basic hospitality, particularly upon arrival, set a negative tone that pervaded the entire experience. Cannot recommend this property and will not return. Rating: ⭐ (1/5)

Everything was fine, just the room too small and no towels at the gym to clean the machines and few towels for exercise.

I wish it was a little quieter, can hear people slamming doors / shouting through walls. but overall was clean and staff was really nice
