I arrived late at night, got check and went to my room. Bed was comfy, nice hot shower, but rooms toward the streets, you need earpluggs. Breakfast wasn't much, comparing to other Novotels. But all by all, a good stay. Friendly workers every where. B

Great location for exploring central Mexico City and very friendly staff. Room quite noisy as there was no insulation on door to adjoining room so people talking next door seemed like they were in the room.

Good quiet area. Staff were friendly. Only issue is trash cans from previous guest were not emptied. Makes me wonder how much they really clean room
