The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The Fitness room served my needs. The public areas were spotless. There were no washcloths nor tissues in the bathroom.

Great single room that we well kept, modern, and clean. The size of the single was great compared to one I've stayed at in Europe. Shower was large with rain shower and detachable wand, and water was nicely hot with excellent water pressure. Location of hotel was within 15-20 minutes walk of the zócalo and easily accessible to pink line metro. Staff at front desk and at breakfast were friendly, helpful, and spoke English well.
