Overall a good choice when visiting Mexico City. Love the location. Room was comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. There wasn't a fridge in the room but the staff assisted me by holding my medication in there fridge and labeling it and giving me a stub to retrieve it when needed.

Our stay was great! The room was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location couldn't have been better. We were in town for the World Cup, and the hotel was only about a 10–15 minute walk to the Zócalo, which made getting around very convenient. The price was also very reasonable for the location and quality. I would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip.

Good location close to historic center though not a high end neighborhood but it is safe. Cleanliness was decent. Breakfast was disappointing for a vegeterian customer. I would have skipped it if I knew vegeterian options are that limited. Helpful staff.
