Breakfast was good but "refill" times can improve for both food and plates. Rooms are fine and had a bathroom setup I habe never seen making them more accesible and not just for one at a time use. The room I stayed in was comfy but really needs a better curtain to seal the external lights, also the right hand night stand must be added, it was quite awkward not having it. Another thing are the tv light when off, it can be painted or something because it is big and bright and in frint of the bed. Same thing to the wall socket with a blue light that was broght as a flashlight,dont see any need for it and it was illuminating all the room. We had to use trousers to hang from the tv to cover its red light and putj other clothing for the blue light. Had to stack the luggage to llep the curtains closed. Overall it was ok, maybe Im just not good with light at night.

I came to Mexico City for the first time with my siblings and friends - Novotel Centro Historico was the perfect choice! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff was friendly/polite. Uriel at the Front Desk, in particular, was a standout.

Great stay. Staff was very kind and friendly. The quality of meals served in the restaurant were outstanding and a lovely surprise. My only suggestion for management would be to give all of their receptionists training on how to redeem points when requested.
