The room was claustrophobic, drab. Bathroom awful. Shower horrible and pathetic. Staff rude, unhelpful.

First they gave me a room which was literally under "construction" there were material from repairs inside, the door of the shower was not installed. (I had a photo). Then they gave a second room in which the air-conditioning was broken, and there was no bottle of water and card of the restaurant.

The stay was not that bad but as well nothing so recommendable ! The basic amenities like a tissue or a wastebasket or a simple bottle of water are missing in the rooms! The very basic thing that other ibis hotels should have it. As I’ve stayed in ibis hotels before.
