We booked the place for three people, and what they gave us was a queen size bed. We we asked to change at the reception, they did not do it.

No hot water during the stay, parking is not included in the reservation. Lack of touch from the workers.

Room Dark depressing colour scheme ,stains on the side if bed frame ,towels never looked really clean ,shower base horrible ,shower not adequate, pillow cases smelt dirty .... staff friendly....

According to previous reviews, there have been some improvements. But I still had to tighten the toilet screws, ask for a broom, and sweep the room upon arrival. Aside from that, the beds were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good and varied; and above all, the staff was really welcoming and friendly. We stayed there 3 nights and we slept well.
