we had a really great stay. we arrived at 5.00 pm and were speedily checked in allowing us to have a drink on the outside terrace before having a really nice meal. the room was comfortable and well appointed. all of the staff were warm and welcoming.

Our stay was marred by one disappointment . The restaurant food was well below expectations. The rest of the experience was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean, quiet and spacious, with a bathtub and a mini fridge. We found cheap parking on a street nearby. Close to shops and restaurants. We didn't get breakfast at the hotel, there are plenty of options around. An excellent stay. I missed a coffee machine in the room to make our stay perfect. Warmly recommend and will return.

A major disapointment was the breakfast. The orange juice was so watered down it was barely recognisable. There was so little bread that customers had to ask for replenishment twice. In theory customers could cook themselves an egg - in practice the hot plate was not working. One of the 2 coffeee machines was out of action. I have had much better breakfast experiences in other French Mercure hotels

Having stayed 4 or 5 times in the past, rather disappointed with our room this time. We were 1st floor under the DJ stand, it was loud! The seal on the shower screen was missing resulting in water everywhere and the room looked tired. Empty coffee sachets from the previous occupants not replaced or disposed of! Hardly a 4 star experience! Location is excellent!
