Pleasant welcome, clean room, very comfortable bed, quiet fan available in absence of air conditioning. Little traffic noise at night so window could be left open. Good standard breakfast. Room size ok for an overnight stay.

Fine budget hotel but no AC

The Ibis hotel was fine for the price. 2 beds and Wi-Fi. Location was god there were several restaurants in the neighborhood. Only minus was no AC and it was a hot night. We tried to open the window but then there was too much traffic noise from the road

Le personnel est au petits soins pour compenser le fait qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur et surtout pas de climatisation se qui serait grandement nécessaire étant donné le prix de la chambre. Par contre petit déjeuné au top. Et je le répète personnel super agréable à notre disposition et souriant.

Very disappointed , bad experience , the room was too hot, no air conditioner

Bonjour Mme G., Nous sommes navrés que vous n'ayez pas pu apprécier votre séjour et comprenons l'inconfort de séjourner dans une chambre non climatisée par fortes chaleurs. Malheureusement les réceptionnistes ne sont pas à même de créer une climatisation. Vous pourriez peut-être nous indiquer comment vous auriez aimé que le / la réceptionniste réponde à votre problème.
