Supreme room is a small box room with a double bed.A C sounded like i was sleeping in a factory..and also found 2 tiny flys roaming on the bed.did not sleep at all. However staff at reception were helpful and polite

Staff were very friendly and nice, but room had a horrible chemical/bleach smell

Check in was good I arrived early but was allowed to check in for a fee. Hotel was clean and budget modern throughout, I think they were having some renovations on one of the floors at the time of my visit but this didn’t affect the other floors or noise. The air-conditioning did not work throughout my stay and I struggled to sleep for the first night it was suggested by the night reception staff to open the window but my initial room was facing the road which was very busy this breaking the noise deadening seal. I was offered to change rooms at 11:40pm which I accepted so there was a lower amount of noise with the window open but it was still unbearably hot so I barely slept until 5.30am which made me tired throughout the next day for a meeting I was attending. Some of the reception staff were quite rude and others limited in what they could do but on the last day I spoke to the manager who was friendly and understanding of the heat issue and we came to a reasonable resolution. Other than the air conditioning issue the hotel was clean the sheets were changed daily with refreshed towels and overall was an ok stay. I would stay again if I was visiting Birmingham due to the hotel’s location It is ideal for on street parking without being difficult or expensive whilst being easy to get into the city centre.

I stayed for two nights with my 6yr old son. The hotel was easy to get to, was ideally located for us to walk to the surrounding museums and had great facilities. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was perfect for us. The staff were all incredibly lovely and helpful and not just to us. We stayed in the lobby quite a bit to play on the foosball table so I could see that the friendliness and "above and beyond" attitude was extended to all guests. We will absolutely be re-booking next time we visit.
