This is a fairly large hotel in close proximity to Birmingham city centre. Especially convenient if you are attending an event at the O2 Academy. There is a very small car park for £10 per day on a first come, first served basis. There are other NCP car parks nearby. They do a good continental breakfast buffet for £9.00 per person which is perfectly adequate to set you up for the day. The rooms are clean but tiny, you can barely walk round the bed and the beds are not overly comfortable. Bathroom small also with an over bath shower. I believe there are alternative rooms with a shower cubicle. Staff were super friendly and accommodating and the area felt safe.

Easy to check in, the only issue I had was getting into the car park as the buzzer didn't seem to have an intercom working for me to converse with the staff, but someone came out and let me in. The room was simple but bed was comfortable, towels and room was clean, the only thing that would have been useful was a hairdryer
