Emailed a week prior to cancel our first nights stay. Arrived at hotel and our entire stay had been cancelled due to us being no shows the previous night. Quickly placed in accessible room. Very unpleasant strong smell in bathroom. We changed rooms the next day, very friendly and accommodating staff. We took our own mini kettle. Room as you would expect for a budget option. Bus to university sports arena right outside hotel.
