Comfortable bed. Good Internet. Delicious breakfasts! The air conditioner did not work well the whole time.

The hotel needs upgrades in their facilities, such as maintenance in the room’s air conditioning, general maintenance care in the room and hotel guest areas.

Back to Belem after a break of more than 4 years. Ibis Hotel Airport had been upgraded and it is much nicer than before. The lobby is clean and bright. The rooms felt newer and cleaner. The restaurant is more crowded although the food is below average. However breakfast was good. Overall a great stay

This place is close to the airport, but the area it's a little be dangerous, so be aware. The staff is good. The breakfast is quite good as well as. The room is ok, but is not cozy. The washroom could be better. Anyway, for short stay, it's nice.

Good Hotel, near the airport. Checkin is very very slow. Don't use the taxis that are at the hotel.

Excursion583005 Business - 16/10/2018 TripAdvisor review

The hotel is OK. The same as all other Ibis: very clean, very small room, you have to buy water and whatever you want in the reception (the minibar is empty). The checkin was very slow, there was just one girl to take care of all checkins and checkouts. DO NOT USE THE TAXIS at the hotel. Call an Uber, or Cabify. I took a taxi to go to the airport, and instead of go around the block (taking the street Sol Nasce para Todos) the driver took the Julio César avenue, adding 2km more to the route. The price was the same to go to the city center with Uber the day before. The hotel shouldn't let such kind of thieves to work there.

You have good staff, like Lindalva and Cathia Cilene, but the apartment's ceiling was moldy, as were the joints in the bathroom stall. I'm not that allergic, but if the person staying was my husband, I could have sent him to the hospital

We stayd at the hotel because it's near to the airport and we had a late arrival and a very early flight the nest day. So, we only used the room, shower and the early breakfast that was not very satisfactory.

Very poor TV cracked, bad image, remote control only working for two functions: sound & channels Poor breakfest, few options of fruits comparing to other IBIS locations, no labeling for juices. Front desk friendly. Clean rooms.

The hotel is close to the airport and would be a good option if your flight arrives late. But if you arrive late they have no meal to offer. Besides being close to the airport they don't have any kind of transfer to there and being close the cab drivers don't like when you say you want to go to there. Next time I will try another hotel downtown.

I arrived there at 10PM from Paragominas, a city far away like 400km, i was really hungry and tired. Ms. Graça and Ms. Linda took care of me while i was eating, good food and wonderful company. It was like being home :)

This Ibis is close to airport but isn't a good option. In my opinion is expensive if you take a look in the benefits. The hotel looks like a little old, not so clean as other Ibis ans the breakfast is only ok.

Nice and clean room. Poor breakfast. Bad location, near to the airport but a little far from the Belém's center. Staff could give us a 2 hours free early check in. That's was really great, as we were so tired.
