not the best hotel stay I have experienced

We apologize for the discomfort caused by the room temperature and the lack of hot water in the bathroom. These issues have been forwarded to our maintenance team for verification and correction, as guest comfort is very important to us. The room was too darkness and coldest. I requested the changes of the room and people at reception refused. I requested the refund of 3nights paid in advance and refused. I decided to leave the hotel without refund of 3nights because of poor services and treatment. I will never recommend someone to stay in this hotel.

Staff was great in working with what was there. Room always well made, food good, helped me bridge my language barrier. Shower very old, mold in there, patina on the shower head. Several board in the room broken. Room and hotel needs rennovation

My company paid by VCN B2B Pay, but when I arrived at the hotel, the employee asked for payment and I had to pay with my credit card, so I paid the double. I claimed a devolution and now I am waiting for that. I hope the devolution is asap.
