The hotel needs upgrades in their facilities, such as maintenance in the room’s air conditioning, general maintenance care in the room and hotel guest areas.

Towell was not clean and the towell to clean the feet in the bathroom was missing. The vegetarian hamburger prepared in the hotel restaurant was horrible, and I was charged for it!

Decent hotel. Cleaning OK. Very noisy room with internal systems from other apartments. Full of mosquitoes. Very dangerous region. Staff very well trained and solicit. Few options in lunch/dinner menu. No pleasant space to spend time and socialize.

It was an "ok" experience overall, I can't say it was great cause the room was not 100% clean and I could see some mold on the doors and walls. But the service is very competent and the food is REALLY good.

Back to Belem after a break of more than 4 years. Ibis Hotel Airport had been upgraded and it is much nicer than before. The lobby is clean and bright. The rooms felt newer and cleaner. The restaurant is more crowded although the food is below average. However breakfast was good. Overall a great stay

Old Rooms and AC did not work

The rooms are really old and do not look or smell good. The carpet is in very poor condition and it was just not befitting of a Ibis Grande Mercure. I was originally put into room 720 I believe. The AC did not work and I asked them to come and look at it. The maintenance man said it was fix and would start working in 20 minutes. 4 hours later it was still hot and uncomfortable in the room. Finally at about 8pm they changed my room after multiple complaints.

Our hotel is over 10 years old, so we have a room with an older layout, but cleanliness should not have been a problem, as we have a standard. Either way our housekeepers are being instructed more efficiently so that problems like this don't happen again. Once again we apologize for the problems with your stay, wish it did not affect the trust placed in our hotel, and that we may have the opportunity to welcome you back to our unit. Kind regards. We were very well welcomed by Luan. Great guy! The room is to small. The air conditioner old. The water in the shower a little more than a drip....but for a night it was ok.
