I was very disappointed as when I stay at the hotel I never paid for parking. But this time when leaving I was told I had to pay 60€. I said I thought I had booked parking and mentioned I have never paid for parking before. So I am not happy I had to pay this

Th experience is really bad. Showers broken which is shape and cut my finger, and the shower with water leaking, the toilet flushing is not working. But the worst thing is I informed front desk, no one fixed it and on one informed me that can’t be fixed. And when I was back in late night, I just checked by myself, I informed front desk again, they sent someone to fix it but failed. Staff left. No one followed up until I called the front desk again, who just told me that can’t be fixed and the only thing they can do is changing room. I requested to leave the luggage till the next day morning as that was 12am , I wanna just get some stuffs for shower and took rest. The staff rejected and said I have to move it now, then I requested if any staff can help, the answer is no. Finally they ALLOWED me to leave some belongings in the room but I have to allow them to move it during my absence. The overall experience is really bad from the room condition and the services.

Great view from the room. Very close to metro station. Very good breakfast with a wide spread! Staff went out of their way to surprise us with a slice of cake to celebrate our son’s birthday.
