This hotel is perfectly located both for business and tourism. The staff is attentive, proactive and goes an extra mile to help. The only things to fix are infrastructural: WiFi speeds were a fraction of those of a mobile hotspot. The drinking water dispenser on every floor was welcome but it took several minutes to fill one small carafe.

Very friendly staff, very good breakfast, very cleen but deplorable facilities for people with difficulties in movement: we have expected more than 3 hours to have the check in, but the room has a total unfunctional "french style" bathroom. The WC room it is too narrow to enter with the metal support frame, you practically need an attendant to go to the toilet..And to get to the sink you have to go around the entire hall and when you get there you come across a tap mounted on the side, unusable and the soap is more than 1m and 50 cm from the tap, practically being difficult to use. A lot of money spent without thinking about ergonomics ... this denotes an architect without a practical spirit in the design of bathrooms... But the rest was OK, especially the services and quality of products at coffe shop and breakfast... Pity for speding money with no thinking behind bathrooms design...

Lovely 3 night stay. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. A safe, kettle and small fridge were provided. An iron and ironing board were requested from reception and that was with us within a few minutes. Great city centre location and only a 5-10 minute walk to the old town.
