Unfortunately our experience was not very happy simply because the Reception staff did not attend or responded late to our requests. For example, i asked for a second tooth brush (we were two persons). But it never came. On the third day we requested the man at the reception for replenishing tissues. It was not done. On the third day, the WC had no water for a few hours. The water dispensing machine on our floor 10th never worked properly despite making numerous complaints. Out of the ladies at the reception only Paula was very helpful; others were a little indifferent. Being an ACCOR member and having stayed in the group hotels many times in last 6-7 years, i must say that i found Novotel in Bucharest disappointing.

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Bucharest City Centre. The staff at the reception were always helpful—anything we asked, we received a clear and prompt answer, which made our stay much easier. One of the highlights was the pool. It was great that we could use it with the kids, and the fact that it stayed open until 10 PM was a big plus for us. The location is also excellent. The metro station and the Old Town are both within very close walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the city. Overall, a comfortable and family-friendly hotel in a great location.

It was comfortable, the breakfast was good , however it was irritating that there were two separate bathrooms including one with the toilet but no sink.
