Staff were quite friendly and helpful. But the rooms are very small, beds were uncomfortable and pillows offered no support. The AC wasn’t cooling the room much at all. The coolest our room got was 22.5 degrees Celsius despite all our efforts to cool the room down. The mini fridge barely cooled anything. The breakfast is not worth what they charge. Parking is in a paid public lot beneath the hotel (not connected to the hotel) and was very expensive. We were disappointed with this hotel and it really did not seem like a 4 star hotel at all,

Have stayed here plenty of times over the last few years, and although the daily rates have gone up a lot, the service has not improved in the same way... So will be looking elsewhere the next time
