Je connais très bien les hôtels ibis pour en faire une utilisation fréquente et à Pertuis j'ai eu une grosse déception : Impossible d'entrer à l'hôtel en arrivant à 18h00 car la porte du sas était bloquée. Téléphone, rdv à l'hôtel style à côté pour pouvoir entrer par l'arrière. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place le lendemain matin en raison d'un personnel malade non remplacé. Retour à l'hôtel Style pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Le soir, impossible de prendre une bière alors que la publicité était sur toutes les tables de l'hôtel Style. La Dame présente à enlevé ces plaquettes publicitaires dans la foulée. Resto fermé alors que le menu est affiché et que rien n'interdit d'y entrer et tout laisse penser que c'est ouvert. Impossibilité le lendemain fin de journée d'entrer dans la chambre car le code a été changé sans que l'on sache pourquoi. Appel téléphonique pour rendre compte de cette anomalie. On nous donne un nouveau code par téléphone. Enfin, notre dernier petit déjeuner pourtant payé n'était pas enregistré sur la liste des clients. Il a fallu discuter avec l'agent sur place heureusement, une fois de plus, très gentil. C'est dommage car cet hôtel est pas mal placé même si la route est un peu bruyante. A notre arrivée il n'y avait qu'un seul personnel d'excellente volonté sur place et qui s'occupait des 2 hôtels en même temps ce qui est anormal. Il ne peut pas, dans ces conditions, y avoir des prestations correctes. Le patron de l'hôtel doit mettre des moyens supplémentaires car un agent malade ne doit pas compromettre la prestation payée. Je ne peux donc pas être satisfait.

Waited over an hour to be told my room was not available. They made me go back and forth between the Ibis Budget and Ibis Styles as they tried get my room organized. It took over an hour. To be told at the end that my room would not be available and would have to sleep one night at the Ibis Styles and would have to move back to budget for the remaining two nights. Since i had pre-purchased breakfast for my stay…. They told me even though i was sleeping at the Ibis Styles i would have to go back to the Ibis budget for my breakfast. I found that very wrong and cheap on their part. I beleive the night clerk understood the mistake he did and about twenty minutes later when he saw me that it would be ok to have breakfast at the Ibis Styles. It was never a question of where but the principle of it. Then i was told i would have to move back into the Ibis budget the next day….. so would have to re pack all my stuff!!!! I think i should have just been allowed to stay at the styles. Again just out of principle. Never-the-less next morning i repacked my stuff out of the Styles. Since my room was not ready at the Budget i had to leave suitcase at reception. When i came back at night i was checked in to the Budget…. My room was nit well cleaned…. Their was womens hair in the shower floor and stuck to the shower door. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable and a stained. The Air Conditioner was not working….. so i was unable to get a good nights stay So overall it was not a good stay. Extremely disappointed and does not make me want to stay there again in three weeks when i go back to Pertuis.
