No hot water

There was no hot water when we arrived in the evening after a long drive. This could possibly be excused due to there being a water shutoff earlier in the day. However, the next morning there was still no hot water. We had to have cold showers. In 8 hours your water heating system couldn’t have heated enough water? Shameful!

Waited over an hour to be told my room was not available. They made me go back and forth between the Ibis Budget and Ibis Styles as they tried get my room organized. It took over an hour. To be told at the end that my room would not be available and would have to sleep one night at the Ibis Styles and would have to move back to budget for the remaining two nights. Since i had pre-purchased breakfast for my stay…. They told me even though i was sleeping at the Ibis Styles i would have to go back to the Ibis budget for my breakfast. I found that very wrong and cheap on their part. I beleive the night clerk understood the mistake he did and about twenty minutes later when he saw me that it would be ok to have breakfast at the Ibis Styles. It was never a question of where but the principle of it. Then i was told i would have to move back into the Ibis budget the next day….. so would have to re pack all my stuff!!!! I think i should have just been allowed to stay at the styles. Again just out of principle. Never-the-less next morning i repacked my stuff out of the Styles. Since my room was not ready at the Budget i had to leave suitcase at reception. When i came back at night i was checked in to the Budget…. My room was nit well cleaned…. Their was womens hair in the shower floor and stuck to the shower door. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable and a stained. The Air Conditioner was not working….. so i was unable to get a good nights stay So overall it was not a good stay. Extremely disappointed and does not make me want to stay there again in three weeks when i go back to Pertuis.

Everyone was extremely helpful from booking us taxis to lending us an iron and adapter plug. The location is quiet, which means we got a good night sleep, it was close to a. grocery store and some lovely restaurants. Highly recommend.
