Friendly welcome, easy check in, room clean. No kettle or coffee making facilities in room. Shower big and loads of hot water. TV has limited channels 3 x English and two of these were news channels. Pillows were okay, but only 2 in the double bed, one soft, one medium firm.

Overall, the stay was excellent and comfortable. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and provided a pleasant experience. However, I was disappointed that I was charged 650 CZK for an early check-in request of just a couple of hours. The room did not include an electric kettle or in-room tea/coffee-making facilities, which would have been appreciated. Breakfast quality was good, but there were limited vegan options, resulting in less variety for vegan guests.

Very central and convenient location, smooth check-in and check-out, sufficient amenities, and good selection of breakfast. Also appreciated that purified water dispensers were available for guests. Only downside was the cleanliness of the room: a few carpet stains, some dusty corners, a musty smell upon entering the room, and a faint smell from the bathroom. Other than that, everything was great and I still enjoyed my stay.

Perfect front desk service - Marta & Jan. They were very helpfull and positive even end of the shift :). Later I got as well support with person on night shift with additional room booking which was not available on-line. Based on my over 15 years experience with ACCOR/ IBIS room which we occupied 129 need to be renovate (carpet/ bathroom). In the room was cleaned but I can imagine that service is not able to do so much once some elements are already used.

The location was so central, making it a great base for exploring the Old Town, with everything within easy walking distance. The receptionists and housekeeping team were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was the perfect temperature and the beds were so comfortable, which made it lovely to come back to after being out all day. There aren’t many added extras in the room, but this wasn’t an issue for us as we were out exploring for hours anyway. I would definitely book again when I return to Prague.
