Great location in the centre of town. Rooms average size, good bathroom, everything you need. Clean, comfortable bed, good WiFi, good AC / heating, peaceful location despite being in the centre of town. Nice restaurant and bar area, all very civilized for somewhere to sit looking out over the center of town. Reception staff were very good. Excellent food, both dinner and breakfast were exceptional. There were parking spaces immediately outside the hotel which fortunately I was able to use one, although I am not sure what happens once these spaces are full.

From arrival, checking in and heading to the room all was great.. All staff are helpful, friendly and welcoming and speak good English if your French is not up to par. House keeping is excellent and if you have any issues the front desk with sort it. Bar is well stocked, Plat du Jour in the Restaurant is great value for money and if not to your taste the general menu is also good. Breakfast has everything you need. The egg boiler can take a bit of time so not a good choice if you are in a rush or don't like snotty eggs.

It was mostly positive, only really a couple niggly points, slightly dodgy lighting in our bedroom, had to ask for more loo paper, and one evening couldn't find any staff for the bar. However, the reception staff and dinner staff were absolutely lovely. We ate in the hotel and the food and wine were great. Breakfast also fine. Brilliant location in the town and even though parking is in an adjacent public car park we did not have a problem finding a space.
