The room was of a good size for us. The mini bar juice was already open and used on arrival. Good sized bathroom. BBC Channel would have been nice but not essential. The dining room was cold for dinner and the menu was quite limited, although the food was quite good for a hotel. Cost was quite high for such a dinner but children menu was good price and the chicken nuggets were high quality. Parking was good at front of hotel and at no cost. Breakfast had nice items, perhaps a few more warm items (eg: more fresh bacon, sausages and egg) but nice jams and local juices. Elevator is very old and closes slowly and would benefit from an upgrade. Abbeville seems a pleasant city and had quite a bit to offer and is a suitable stop off point towards Calais.

Town centre hotel

Quite a nice hotel but the town centre has nothing about it. Hardly any other restaurants or reasonable places to eat apart from the hotel itself. Perhaps that’s why it’s quite expensive for food and very expensive for drinks! We pass thru / around Abbeville about 5 times a year but won’t bother with this hotel again.
