this was our 7th time staying here location very good hosts very friendly and welcoming good access to all major routes nice quiet part of france, accomadation has been upgrade very nice and clean we all ways enjoy staying here for the first part of our summer holidays in france

The website didn’t make it apparent that there was major upgrading work going on. If you wanted a nice place to eat breakfast you’re in a type of metal The room was okay, a little more updated than other Ibis Budget. Handy for the supermarket

We had a lovely weekend staying at the ibis, very friendly and breakfasts were brilliant. Even though the hotel was being extended and at first sight was a bit worrying - everything was perfectly well organised to cope with the temporary work and make the guests feel very welcomed.

Convenient location - very friendly and helpful staff - the facilities will be much improved when the current building work is finished - at the moment there are no inside or outside spaces for sitting down or having a drink (also no chairs in our room) and the breakfast (which was very acceptable) is served in temporary accommodation - main criticism of the room is that the transverse bunk bed means you have to be very careful not to bump your head and the lighting is not bright enough to read comfortably - we reserved a room without the bunk bed but not sure if these are available perhaps because the hotel was full.

Was easy to book, amend and arrival too. But clearly not enough parking spaces for guests so we joined others on the kerb/grass. Staff very pleasant, breakfast good again only niggle would be small breakfast area as some sort of prefab presumably whilst permanent space being arranged. Clear building work going on around, not attractive but if it's going to produce more parking and breakfast/reception would be good.

Very personal friendly welcome. Despite an extension being built the place was very clean and tidy. The rooms very modern and appeared recently renovated. Lots of sockets, great shower and plenty of parking. Couple of places to eat on retail park where it is situated.

Didn't want to stay here as Accor loyalty programme have not been helpful to me. They unexpectedly cancelled a stay at Mercure Hatfield without telling me. This also happened at Mercure Vannes last year because they had a big business convention, so they cancelled my 4 day stay even though it was booked 5 weeks before. Anyway, stayed at this hotel before when it was an Etap. The management were very nice and helpful on those stays. On this stay there were no problems however there is construction work to a sister hotel next door which can be noisy in the morning and makes the parking a mess with less space. However, the management have made the best of it, although a reduction in the price to stay would have been in order. But this is France, so economics is not their strong suit. There is a lift which is not always available at this class of hotel. The rooms were comfortable, but may not be good enough for more than an overnight stay.

Travelling frequently to this area on my own, this hotel becomes 'my home' every time. The owners have a knack to welcome their guests and to give them extra support if necessary. This time, I was surprised not to be bothered by the noise from the extensive works being carried away for the extension of the hotel. Obviously, the schedule of the workers and the insulation of the rooms are very efficient. Same insulation also effective against the road traffic around the hotel. The immediate proximity of AUCHAN is a bonus covering all the necessities of a traveller. Having no car, I also appreciate the network of bus lines to move around the place, with a bus stop practically at the hotel's doorstep.

Good. Quiet and clean. The only issue was with the temporary breakfast room owing to the building works.

Friendly, clean and requests met. Aircon wasn't on and gate not closed on car park

The reception is on a contaneir..and the the breakfast in another container..And morning with much cold have to walk in my case with umbrella..Because its raining and cold..this for the breakfast..When I arrive at hotel I ask to a manager a room at 1 floor quiet..She put me on in front a road with crossroad streets with motorcicle playing around..And the best..Independent the weather I only sleep with air conditioner..A ask the manager. madame Loraine to liberated..And she said NO..Its cold..If you what cold air ..Open the window.. I told her that my option for her hotel it is have air conditioner..She said NO... And finally I dont find the hotel with GPS..Because his is under construction...No names of hotel.. I had stop somebody at street to hrlp me ..Where its the hotel...???? Dont go to this hotel...

Much better than the last Budget we stayed in. Clean and very friendly staff. Overall a good stay. One good thing about many of these Hotels i France vs the UK - secure parking, however the gate didn't appear to get closed the night we stayed. Air con is only in operation for peak months - we needed it as two of us and a dog- had the window wide open all night. Some ham on breakfast would be a plus.

Clean, quiet and a very good breakfast. Manager went the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Fab croissants and home made coffee, not what you usually get in an Ibis budget.

Room quite clostraphobic and no room to move, no seats for comfort, had to eat breakfast in a portacabin after walking in rain to get to it, might have been nice to have been informed
