Stay with you for 1 night every year on our way home from our annual french trip. 6th visit so far Hotel has a good location, is very clean and well maintained. Fast food restaurants nearby

The room was well prepared, clean and comfortable. They could have taken away a bag full of diapers after the first night so the bathroom would have been more welcoming on the second night but maybe it's not included in the service? The experience could have been nearly perfect if it wasn't for some silly rules which prevented us to use the common areas to have a late unplanned breakfast (late and unplanned because we were with an elderly person with reduced mobility). Management could have been a little more relaxed about it. Anyway, this didn't prevent us to have a great stay in the area!

I arrived at the hotel after trying to get a bus to take me from the Gare to the hotel and I had no luck getting one. The weather was cold, raining, and damp. When I arrived instead of saying how are you, I was immediately told that if I wanted breakfast, I had to reserve at that moment. I looked like a wet seat and it seemed that the receptionist did not notice or care. After I went to the room I had to get some food and when I came back, I asked where the water fountain was. A new receptionist indicated where it was, I saw tea and thought it was a good idea to have something hot before going to bed. Immediately, she came over and turned off the kettle saying I was not allowed to have a cup of tea because I was not an IBIS guest but an IBIS Budget guest. This is a great problem if two hotels are joined together. I am an IBIS member and this is the first time I have been treated this way. I think I deserve to be reimbursed for this experience It was not very hospitable compared to other stays at an IBIS regardless of what type of IBIS it was. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
