Arrived after 9pm after a near 9 hour drive, no food available as restaurant closed,at 9..salad bar WAS still available but manager/ man on reception said no we can't have it, so we went to bed hungry. Will not stay there again, we have been staying with the Accor group for years, don't expect such bad attitude from the staff.

We stay here when we are travelling between France and the UK. It's absolutely perfect for us; we always have a good experience. The staff are so helpful and informative (there was no veg option that night, and they recommended a very acceptable restaurant close by). The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a good night's rest after a long journey. We were able to take our breakfast away with us, which helped us to leave very early to catch the Calais crossing. Hospitality, which is much appreciated. Thank you.

Very friendly receptionist greeting on arrival Breakfast was satisfactory though we had not found cooked foods till after we had eaten a continental breakfast. Food available was not signposted and we had not wanted to stray into what appeared to be a dining area away from the continental foods which was clearly visible. No reception staff were available to direct us. This however did not distract from a sufficiently enjoyable breakfast
