arrived on a saturday night expecting the restaurant to be open but it was closed with no explanation nor offer of a discount option to use a nearby chain restaurant instead. the room was tired snd the hair drier broken ie. it would not stay hung up and therefore off. had to use an elastic band to secure it so we could sleep! reported to receptionist but not interested, nor an apology for the inconvenience

A shame the restaurant was not fully open (for a Saturday evening), but the Desk staff made appropriate meal suggestions within a short walk.

Arrived after 9pm after a near 9 hour drive, no food available as restaurant closed,at 9..salad bar WAS still available but manager/ man on reception said no we can't have it, so we went to bed hungry. Will not stay there again, we have been staying with the Accor group for years, don't expect such bad attitude from the staff.

We stay here when we are travelling between France and the UK. It's absolutely perfect for us; we always have a good experience. The staff are so helpful and informative (there was no veg option that night, and they recommended a very acceptable restaurant close by). The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a good night's rest after a long journey. We were able to take our breakfast away with us, which helped us to leave very early to catch the Calais crossing. Hospitality, which is much appreciated. Thank you.
