We stayed as a family, there was a school trip situated in our floor with noisy neighbours and people running and shouting down the corridor, for two nights. staff seemed annoyed when we asked for advise on how to hire bikes. Room the carpet looked dirty, and out of the two of the three nights we were woken by maintenance work that was getting done directly outside of room window at 8.15 am in the morning waking us, they were drilling into the window frame!!! On checking out, the staff didn’t even ask if we’d enjoyed our stay.

Clean hotel. Quiet part of The Hague if no conferences with easy transport links into the city centre. Also walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket. Be careful to check invoice as I was overcharged for parking and had to flag to request refund.

On the overall hotel is nice, clean,beds are comfortable, breakfast is really good. The drawbacks would be that the room was not ready on time, we had to wait. There were no bath towels in the room, we had to ask for them twice.

Good experience at check in, friendly member of staff who gave a toy to the children. Room cleanliness could have been better. One towel was very dirty. When rang reception for clean towels the member of staff who delivered them to the room was rude and unfriendly. This isn’t what is expected when staying in a hotel with a good reputation. The location of the hotel was good for the activities we wanted to do. The Hague itself is a lovely place.
