The check in experience was very smooth. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The only thing i wish they has is a bell boy and a cart to carry the luggage.

I stayed at the Novotel World Forum for 4 nights as part of a business trip tied to an event at the adjoining World Forum. Contrary to reviews I had seen online, my room and the hotel in general was very clean and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I traveled with 3 other people who also stayed at the Novotel and they all confirmed that their rooms were clean and in great condition. The breakfast was very good also, with an abundance of choices typically seen at European breakfast buffets.
