Umso mehr bedauern wir, dass die Klimaanlage während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht einwandfrei funktioniert hat – gerade bei den sehr hohen Temperaturen im Hochsommer ist eine funktionierende Klimaanlage natürlich besonders wichtig und war für Ihre Buchungsentscheidung ausschlaggebend. Tatsächlich wurde bei der Kontrolle festgestellt, dass ein Regler der Klimaanlage defekt war und ausgetauscht werden musste. Die Anlage hat zwar kühle Luft abgegeben, jedoch nicht die erforderliche Leistung erreicht. Hier müssen wir Ihnen leider recht geben: Zum Zeitpunkt Ihres Aufenthalts hat die Klimatisierung nicht zu 100 % funktioniert. Nice hotel and staff. However air conditioning not working in the room. This was the main reason we booked the hotel in a very hot summer. No other accessible room.

Dirty room (garbage from previous guests was still in the room, shower gel, soap and shampoo were empty, water in the shower stayed, and it took literally hours to deal with these simple challenges). 1 of the 2 elevators was broken down over the whole period of our stay. As we were leaving, a room door was opened and left open with a wheelchair and luggage still in the room. I want to stress that the women at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful but management and senior staff was impressively absent during the intense periods (the hotel was very full due to the Weeknd concerts) and the service was left to a single trainee for the majority of time. An indication was already that it took a number of calls to get the written confirmation of the booking and at check in, what was agreed was not ready.

I booked two rooms. One of the two room was downgraded but the staff was not able to adapt the fee (it’s not going to kill me). The rooms were on different floors. The staff was lovely but not very efficient. One of rooms smelled badly of cold smoke. The idea of „airport“ is lovely but there’s a bit of lack of sophistication in the design

Overall good experience. But check-in was a bit lengthy as both service employees seemed inexperienced. To be fair, one of them was an apprentice. But the other looked more experienced. Took us 20 minutes to check-in.

It was a warm welcome in the reception and a comfortable room with a very thoughtful set-up. For just a couple of days stay I really appreciate that bedlinen and towels can be used for the entire stay. The complementary water and snacks was an added bonus.

Hello Leon, thank you very much for your feedback and for taking the time to review your stay with us. We are pleased that you liked our location. At the same time, we regret that some aspects did not fully meet your expectations and would like to clarify them briefly: We deliberately do not offer a traditional dinner service in our hotel. Instead, we serve freshly prepared pizza and tarte flambée at our bar. In addition, you will find a wide variety of restaurants within a radius of approximately 200 meters that are perfect for dinner. Our room cleaning service is no longer provided automatically on a daily basis, but instead upon request. This is part of our sustainability concept, aimed at conserving resources and operating in a more environmentally friendly way. Of course, we are happy to provide cleaning at any time upon request. Regarding the air conditioning, we are currently in a transitional period. The system can either provide heating or cooling. Comfortable hotel ideally located close to Frankfurt Airport and in the centre of Neu-Isenburg with restaurants conveniently located close by. The rooms are clean and very standard equipped , f.ex. my room did not have a coffee machine nor any amenities. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very nice stay, even though it was short in time; however, the whole style of the hotel is great, especially for an aviation enthusiast. The rooms are slighly on the smaller size compared with the usual hotel rooms size for me but it is evident that they are newly renovated. The exception is probably the bathroom that is small, and also you can see the difference compared to the rest of the room, which is more modern and stylish. Breakfast was also very good, even though the buffet is not huge, what is offered is more than enough to have a good start of the day. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.
