It was a warm welcome in the reception and a comfortable room with a very thoughtful set-up. For just a couple of days stay I really appreciate that bedlinen and towels can be used for the entire stay. The complementary water and snacks was an added bonus.

Location is OK, facilities are too limited. - No dinner options - limited cleaning services - airco/ventilation is not colling much and very noisy

Hello Leon, thank you very much for your feedback and for taking the time to review your stay with us. We are pleased that you liked our location. At the same time, we regret that some aspects did not fully meet your expectations and would like to clarify them briefly: We deliberately do not offer a traditional dinner service in our hotel. Instead, we serve freshly prepared pizza and tarte flambée at our bar. In addition, you will find a wide variety of restaurants within a radius of approximately 200 meters that are perfect for dinner. Our room cleaning service is no longer provided automatically on a daily basis, but instead upon request. This is part of our sustainability concept, aimed at conserving resources and operating in a more environmentally friendly way. Of course, we are happy to provide cleaning at any time upon request. Regarding the air conditioning, we are currently in a transitional period. The system can either provide heating or cooling.
