I stayed now at least 10 times in Pullman Cologne within the last 2 years and I can say that I am feeling very comfortable there. To me most important: I can sleep there since the there is very litte noise. The rooms are very clean and the heating/clima is working. This is usually all I need to be happy. The staff is very friendly too :-)

Hotel is well located and short walk from the cathedral and centre. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and had good views over the city and cathedral.

The hotel is well located, staff are kind and helpful, spa and fitness room are the highlights, breakfast is fine and well varied. The rooms however are dated and isolation between rooms is not up to standard and I advise you to take the room facing the Koln Dom.
