I stayed here in January 2007. Everything was excellent. A nice welcome, excellent room, staff and breakfast. Landscape and view from your was beautiful. Hotel is placed next to a salt factory. So you can visit the salt factory too.

The blonde woman at the reception was not very polite. We were there with many guests and all had the same experience. Be it for check in or asking for breakfast, the attitude was not friendly and the mood was rather negative. Besides this person the hotel was very nice.

Hello dear. I have been a customer of yours for many years and have never had a problem with my stay. This time the room was not cleaned, one top sheet was dirty and there was no shampoo in the bathroom. Also, your receptionist was very unfriendly when I checked out of the hotel. I asked her to clarify something on the invoice and she was extremely rude. I also told her that I don't speak German and she continues to speak only in German. Therefore, I told the woman to speak more politely to the customers and be more friendly. Regards, Daniel.

Customer focused and friendly staff. Check in/out fast, Rooms in good conditions, house keeping is doing a great job. Free WiFi fast and stable enough for HD streaming. Free of charge car parking. Breakfast quality very good.
