I have use Accor hotels a lot these 2 years, and I never found the staff as friendly and accommodating as in this hotel. They are off the charts.

Great check in, lovely room. Nice to find complementary tea and coffee, water, biscuits and sweets available to enjoy in the very comfortable lounge/ bar area. Generally good service, lovely breakfast.

The staff were kind and friendly. The phones did not work in the rooms. Even after notification, this was not fixed. This caused us a safety concern, particularly since the lock on my daughter’s room also malfunctioned and would not unlock.

Staff went out of its way to make everyone comfortable in spite of the heat

Fans in the room and closed curtains helped keep the heat out, thanks to the mindful staff! No airco. Nice hotel, great location walking distance from town center. Good breakfast but coffee needs upgrade.
