Came to stay with my boyfriend for 4 nights. We always choose to stay here and it never fails to disappoint. Really lovely hotel, clean & comfortable rooms with everything you need. Great location too, easy to walk to everything.

Very, very slow check in process and much slower regarding the parking reservation. No value for the customers time. It is really disappointing. Otherwise, the rest is ok.

The front desk staff was very attentive and kind, and the room was excellent. However, I would like to point out that the breakfast experience could be improved, especially regarding one of the employees working there — a blonde woman on the breakfast staff. About 40 minutes before breakfast service ended, the scrambled eggs were already finished, and when we asked about it, she responded rather rudely that she would not make more. Even worse, with about 2 minutes left before breakfast ended, a young woman came to get a slice of bread and some coffee, and this employee was extremely rude, scolding her and saying breakfast was already closing, making her leave the food there. It was a very unpleasant and disrespectful attitude. I believe this behavior does not match the professionalism and kindness of the rest of the hotel staff and should be reported.

I only stayed for one night but it’s hard to fault Adagio Heidelberg. Great service, an easy check-in, and a beautiful apartment to boot. I shall certainly be looking out for other hotels in this chain in future.
