Fantastic apartment- sad we only had a night there as part of a roadtrip- can see it being a very easy base for a longer stay. I had booked two rooms for 5 of us- only slight minor point was wish we could have had adjoining rooms and the parking worked out expensive for our stay (€25 for about 15 hours- high compared to other locations we stayed in), but the accommodation itself was brilliant and the staff were very friendly to deal with

First day: the holder for showerhead was too loose to consistently hold up the showerhead, so I would randomly fall on to my head. I notified the reception. Second day: showerhead not fixed. Now water drips from the ceiling when I came home that night. Notified reception straight away and received a bucket for the dripping water. Third day: showerhead not fixed. Talk to reception again, and apparently no message about dripping water was relayed to the next shift. Was told that they don't have a technician (for Aircon) at the moment, but a cleaner was sent up to the room to remove water from the ceiling. Also mentioned the loose showerhead again. Fourth day: showerhead not fixed. Dripping not fixed. I am still moving buckets around to catch dripping water. Bought a coin for the washing machine at the reception, but when I entered the laundry room, I was met with an 'out off service'-note on the washing machines. Had too return the coin and wash the most necessary items by hand. Nothing was fixed during my stay. Showers were short and awkward, and I always had to make sure the bucket was placed right to catch the water, so it wouldn't make a puddle on the floor.

While we strive to address maintenance issues promptly, it is clear that communication between shifts did not occur as it should have, and I will ensure that this feedback is reviewed with the team to improve our procedures going forward. Regarding the washing machine, I apologize for the inconvenience you faced with the machines being out of service. This is not the standard we aim to uphold, and I understand how disruptive it must have been to have to wash your items by hand. Very disappointing experience. The front desk manager was sarcastic, made inappropriate jokes in front of other guests, and showed no interest in helping us find a reasonable solution. The hotel’s response dismissed our concerns instead of addressing the unprofessional behavior. I expected much better customer service and would not stay here again

Thank you so much for everything and for the exceptional service that made our stay truly wonderful. A special thanks to the reception staff for their great cooperation and prompt response to all our needs. We also loved the convenient market next to the reception offering a great variety of snacks and drinks, as well as the complimentary coffee machine and the free filtered water in the lobby, both still and sparkling. Not to mention the prime and strategic location of the hotel, right next to the Heidelberg main station for trains, buses, and trams, which made getting around so easy. Thank you once again!

Well equipped apartment, quite spacious. Pleasant staff and easily accessible from the railway station. Only downside was washing machines not working the weekend we were there, otherwise it was a great place to stay. Would definitely go again.

Rooms were stinking. In some room wardrobe was broken. Breakfast place is stinking. Bread & fruits were not fresh
