I have to say that we are booking this hotel al least 3 times a year since few years. Unfortunately we had not a pleasant experience last two times, as the heating / ac wasn’t working so we had cold room for 14 nights. Plus the water was cold in the morning so we weren’t able to shower. I had send multiple emails but no one reply so contacted All Accor to solve the problem. This situation is now happening the second time of our stay so I am not sure if we will book it again. The staff is very kind but helpless about this issue .

The hotel is in a quiet location not far from Maimarktgelände which was very ideal for me. However I didn’t particularly like the room: 1. when I entered it was very cold, it was impossible to turn the heating on and I had to use a portable radiator to warm it up a little 2. In the bathroom the soap dispensers were broken and the hairdryer was not working 3. The room felt a bit poorly furnished 4. I paid for late check out at 6pm and at noon one of the cleaning ladies woke me up and argued that I had to leave the room immediately. Only after several minutes of discussion, she finally agreed to let me stay.

The heating & aircondition system at the entire hotel is out of order.
