Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. The comfort and satisfaction of our guests are our top priorities, and we apologize for the inconveniences you experienced regarding the check-in process and the air conditioning in your room. We understand how important a swift and efficient check-in is, especially when arriving after a long journey. Furthermore, we regret to hear about the slow service of our elevators and that one was out of service, which we recognize can cause significant inconvenience. We are also genuinely concerned to learn about the issues with room allocation and cleanliness that you and your colleagues encountered. It is our standard to provide well-prepared and clean accommodations, and we apologize for falling short in this regard. Additionally, the malfunctioning toilet in your room is certainly not up to our usual standards, and for this, we offer our sincere apologies. We would like to point out that our guests generally appreciate the quality of the service and we take your comment very seriously because this is very far from the standards that we impose on ourselves. Nonetheless, we hope you had the chance to experience our lush garden surrounded by the tranquility of the Luisenpark Gardens during your stay! Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are pleased that the tranquility of our area and the ease of access to our hotel contributed positively to your stay. However, we apologize that certain parts of your stay fell short of your expectations. We understand how important a satisfying coffee experience can be, especially for a coffee enthusiast such as yourself, and we regret that the coffee machine in your room was not functioning properly. Regarding the breakfast options, we aim to offer a variety that caters to all our guests' tastes and we take note of your suggestion to include more choices such as Lachs. Nonetheless, it is wonderful that you found our location convenient, situated just steps away from the Luisenpark and Planetarium, and with good connections to the city's main attractions.
