I appreciate the excellent access from the train station, the friendly staff, and the good value breakfast. However, the bed cover wasn’t properly tucked in, the mattress topper was warped and bulging, and the comforter cover wasn’t properly tucked in either. The bathroom’s basic functions work, but it’s narrower than you might expect, and the water temperature fluctuates constantly—alternating between cold and hot—which could cause burns or give you a start. Late at night, announcements from the train station and the screeching brakes of freight trains will keep you awake, and the rooms, despite being advertised as well-soundproofed, are hardly so.
