i asked for a quiet room. service staff told me, in my category (gold!) i was not able to get a really quiet room - so i got the street view with lots of traffic, thsnk you. in my room i found some beetles crawling around and the bathroom sink has had dirt stains. the breakfast room has had some spiders moving around (at least no cockroaches) and the buffet had hardly had any description of what was offered. i am sorry to write this, but i have had better ones with ibis!
