As reported to the manager on site - blood contaminated tissues found under pillow. This is very scary that such omission can happen during COVID-19 crisis!!!

Dear Ms. N., I would like to offer my sincere apologies for the problems regarding the house-keeping. That is unacceptable and below our standards. Please rest assured that I have already looked into this and taken steps - and within my team I will make sure that negative experiences are a rare exception in the future. I feel very bad for the inconveniences you had to deal with. But it is a pity that you are not writing here that we immediately offered vouchers as a gesture of apology. Of course we also offered you to change the room immediately, which you unfortunately did not accept. I very much hope that on your next visit our services will leave you completely satisfied. It is a nice hotel that is located in a great location for walking around. There is no conditioner available in the bathroom. Otherwise I would have rated it higher. Be sure to check what is available. I didn't see an iron but its possible you could have requested one.

I liked the hotel and the staff - very friendly. But the wifi is really bad. I think today we have a high expectation for the quality of wifi and Internet. In the end was better to use my phone than the Internet from the hotel.

Arriving late to a clerk, who wanted bis shift to end. Comfy bed, big room, really noisy water heater. Gold breakfast, less than average coffee, expensive parking (16€/day - even for guests).

The good customer service is what has mostly impressed me. One negative point is that is has no natural orange juice in the breakfast, very much demanded lately.

Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, located near public transport and clean. My only remarks for improvement would be there was a stink smell in the bathroom and the bed was too hard for me (but then, that's personal preference). Overall satisfied.

Overall everything was ok, just the floors in the room were stained, which added an unpleasant touch to my stay, as I had a feeling as the room is unclean. The door in the shower cabin allows water to spill out on the floor in the shower room, due to two holes in the watertight sealing at the bottom of the door. This is the problem with all the rooms in which I have stayed so far.
