At present, they are functioning correctly and we were unable to identify any technical defect. Nevertheless, we take your description very seriously and regret that the bed apparently was not set up or opened correctly during your stay. Unfortunately, we were not informed about the issue during your stay. Had our team been made aware of the problem, we would have immediately checked the bed and, depending on availability, arranged a replacement bed or a room change. We therefore regret that we did not have the opportunity to resolve the situation for you and your family while you were still at the hotel. We also apologize for the hair you found on the floor. This does not meet our housekeeping standards and your comment will be addressed with the relevant team. Regarding the online check-in, we understand your frustration if you had already completed the process and still had to spend additional time at reception. Depending on the booking and legal registration requirements, certain details may still need to be verified or completed at the hotel, but we agree that the process should remain as efficient as possible.
