The location for this hotel is not that good to reach (I guess that's why it's cheaper) and the room is not very big, the bed in our room is not big but two beds combined, which is not a great experience for us because we share the bed with our kids. Though the service at the counter is good, we might choose to stay at another hotel next time.

Too many sacrifices in the name of Corona

While I fully understand the side of the hotel i.e. business as usual during these special pandemic times is impossible, I felt that there were too many impositions: No breakfast but the valued guest may order a lunch package. I tried it and had to discover a disappointingly low level of value for money. Two sandwich-like bread rolls (prepared minimum 12h before I wanted to consume them), 500ml of "premium" mineral water (who needs this), a pro-biotic yoghurt (is this a sales pitch for premium products?) and (the only bright spot) coffee to go from the espresso machine in the hotel lobby; for 9€. Too expensive for my taste. Why doesn't the hotel provide a small refrigerator and a small set of of table wear inside the hotel-room so that the guest could prepare their own breakfast? During my five nights stay my room wasn't cleaned even once. Why?? Here is some praise for the friendly staff at the reception: They brought me a water kettle and a coffee cup upon my friendly request.

Given the current Covid-19 conditions, we were quite shocked to check-in and immediately discover our room hadn’t even been cleaned, with tissues and towels left throughout the room. Clearly other guests had also had the same problem, as we witnessed two other couples also having to change rooms after check-in. The inner courtyard rooms were much quieter than the street facing, although the bed was not the most comfortable. As a silver Accor member, I had to ask specifically for our welcome drink, as this hadn’t been noticed. Knowing about the lack of on-street parking would have also been welcome, since there are no signs to indicate that it is only resident permits.

it is not correct from my experience and knowledge, not to have breakfast, particularly when other Hotels are doing it without big problems. Next time I will select differently an hotel based on that too. If the safety measures exists I dont see why can we dont have breakfast in other conditions than in a bag!! I dont understand as well why the room didnt have a fridge!

As reported to the manager on site - blood contaminated tissues found under pillow. This is very scary that such omission can happen during COVID-19 crisis!!!

It is a nice hotel that is located in a great location for walking around. There is no conditioner available in the bathroom. Otherwise I would have rated it higher. Be sure to check what is available. I didn't see an iron but its possible you could have requested one.

I liked the hotel and the staff - very friendly. But the wifi is really bad. I think today we have a high expectation for the quality of wifi and Internet. In the end was better to use my phone than the Internet from the hotel.

Arriving late to a clerk, who wanted bis shift to end. Comfy bed, big room, really noisy water heater. Gold breakfast, less than average coffee, expensive parking (16€/day - even for guests).

The good customer service is what has mostly impressed me. One negative point is that is has no natural orange juice in the breakfast, very much demanded lately.

We stayed at this hotel as we were going to the F1 grand prix it is in a quiet residential area about 30 mins walk from the main train station though there is a tram stop close by which will take you to the station if you wish. Upon arriving the receptionist was polite and welcoming and the inclusion of free ice-creams at the reception was a nice added touch. Our rooms had air-con which was very welcome as the outside temperature was in the high 30s the rooms were clean and well maintained. We had breakfast included and whilst it was adequate I did feel it was let down a bit by the lack of a good cooked option. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back again at a later date

we are staying at this hotel 4-6 time in a year, as allways it was very good. the location, the breakfast are very special. the staf, helpful and efficient, we will come back in october and we are not looking for other hotel in Mannhime

we have family in Mannhaume , there for we are staying at this hotel and we fill at the hotel like at home . the rooms, servis as well as all the staf hellpes us to fill good and happy. this last visit was a bit hard bicuse the hotel put in rooms new mattress and we could not use the room for one day
