The marks you noticed on the towels were unfortunately discolorations caused during the industrial laundry process and not a result of the towels being unwashed. Nevertheless, towels with visible stains should never be placed in a guest room. We regret that our housekeeping team overlooked this on several occasions and will address your feedback internally to ensure greater attention during room preparation in the future. We also apologize for the dirty floor and the slow WiFi connection.
