First of all, the shower head is broken with the hose, I can only take shower with the hose. Then water goes down to the sink super slow during shower, it took more than 10mins for the water to go after shower. Meanwhile, the AC isn’t working. I understand that this is suppose to be done with help of engineering team. I can only open the window to keep air circulation but it was really noisy to open the window to sleep.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the area in which it is located and the friendliness of the staff. As a minus was the fact that we only had one large towel per person, I would have needed a small face towel as well.

Hotel was in good location, clean , accessible to public transportation, near mall and restaurants. Staff were accommodating. Would be much better if there’s a complimentary kettle to use in the rooms for tea or instant coffee.
