Hi I'm truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. It’s concerning that the address listed on Google Maps was inaccurate, and that the night manager had trouble finding your booking despite having the reference. The lack of basic amenities like a towel is also unacceptable. We understand how frustrating this must have been and sincerely apologize for falling short of your expectations.
