Worst hotel ever

The worst experience ever! I cancelled a room as the door was not working. The receptionist was extremely rude not speaking English despite clearly stated on the website they do. They promised a refund but after 3 months still not received. I complained to Signa Conso and they refunded me the same day!!!

In theory it is a non smoking hotel but smokers often used the space right in front of the door so smoke drifted through the whole place. The staff were particularly notable - both how frequently they did this and how close to the door they were.
