Awful stay, dirty, smelly and breakfast was a joke.

Awful experience. Room and bedding stank of cigarettes, communal area was dirty. Pillows so flat as to be pointless. Came down to breakfast (3 adults) to find 2 slices of bread, no milk, no yoghurts. The only good thing about the whole stay was the cup of coffee. Standards lower than 20 years ago. Never again!

Address was inaccurate going by Google maps taken from your website; The night manager could not find my booking even after showing him my booking reference, Not even a towel in the room; Made myself a promise to never use your services again and anyone else who asks me about your company, “ Faulty Towers” comes to mind when I think of it

La porte de la chambre qui ne s'ouvre pas sans une manip Pas de prise électrique prêt du lit Pas de serviettes 😲😲😲 Pas de papier toilettes 🤐 Pas de savon Pas de rangement pour vos affaires Les toilettes et les douches sont dans le couloir Les rideaux de douche sont crasseux !! Pensez à vos claquettes pour éviter des infections Des rideaux de douche qui traînent dans les couloirs Des gens qui essaient d entrer dans votre chambre pendant la nuit (3 fois en une nuit. L'erreur est humaine mais quand même) Le pire hôtel que je n'ai jamais vu!!! Aucun respect pour la clientèle Fuyez !!!! Petite note positive: -L'espace cafétéria est agréable et les produits y sont abordables. - à 300m du Burger King ( il est excellent et l'équipe y est sympathique)

The key code device wasn’t working properly and for 3 times I needed to ask on the front desk for someone to open the door - not practical. That should be fixed for everyone’s sake.
