The establishment lack adequate air conditioning during the hottest time in Europe. I called a head to ensure their AC worked however upon arrival it was less than adequate. The thermostat says 20 degrees Celsius however it felt much warmer. The thermostat would reset the next day and I would have to call to have them manually drop it again. After the 3rd day they told me no.

Notre établissement est engagé dans une démarche environnementale et bénéficie du Label Clé Verte. A ce titre, nous appliquons des consignes de gestion énergétique qui encadrent notamment les températures de climatisation afin de limiter notre impact environnemental. Les réglages sont donc soumis à certaines limites que nous ne pouvons pas dépasser. Nous comprenons néanmoins que les températures particulièrement élevées enregistrées durant votre séjour aient pu rendre cette situation inconfortable. Notre équipe est intervenue à plusieurs reprises afin d'ajuster les paramètres dans le respect des contraintes techniques et environnementales de l'établissement. This was our third stay in this hotel. Initially, I was disappointed because the room we were assigned this time was not what I expected. However, the staff at reception was able to make things right for us. The rooms have been updated successfully following the recent renovations.. The color palette is relaxing and attractive. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The express breakfast was just what we wanted. We appreciate having a choice between an express and a full breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect.

The only thing for a 4 star hotel there was no refrigerator and only instant coffee in the room. Other then that, i had a nice stay with my dog.

I recently stayed at the hotel for a wedding. The location was great and very commutable to restaurants, bars, shopping, and the metro. Unfortunate our room was dirty upon arrival. There was hair in the tub and sink. The tub had not been cleaned as there was some dried substance in there. The room also had an awful smell every time the cleaning service came so we opted out from having them come back to clean. There was only 2-3 irons in the hotel and guests had to share which I thought was odd.
