Arrived to find no electricity so had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with bags. If this was a scheduled outage why not advise beforehand or put it on the website. Upon check-in no upgrade offered despite Diamonds status. Had to wander around town for 2 hours until electricity came back on. Took a shower and no shower gel in dispenser, very awkward mid-shower. Had a drink in the bar and my 2 digital free drink vouchers were refused by the barman insisting my wife and I were only allowed 1 (why give us 2 in the App). Not a pleasant experience at all.

Although this situation was beyond our control, we fully understand the inconvenience caused and regret that you were not informed in advance. We would also like to clarify that the hotel was fully booked during your stay, which unfortunately did not allow us to offer an upgrade despite your Diamond status. We are sorry that this was not clearly communicated to you at check-in. Regarding the absence of shower gel and the misunderstanding at the bar with your drink vouchers, we sincerely apologize for these issues. These situations are not acceptable, and we will immediately remind our staff of the proper procedures to ensure a flawless experience for our guests. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust during a future visit and provide you with the level of service you rightfully expect. We've stayed several times at this hotel, the receptionist was really helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom are large and modern. We had a drink in the chic bar which was enjoyable. We fully recommend this hotel. A bientôt.
