We were given a good welcome. The room was plain but clean. The shower functioned well. The bed was comfortable. Two pillows each would be good. Close to an underground car park.

We stay here every year for the annual car race - as it suits our needs perfectly. The staff are some of the nicest we have encountered in any hotel - without exception every one you meet is happy and smiling. As with any hotel they are only as good as their manager and Sonia has consistently been there over the years and it shows with how good an experience we always have. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else and have recommended this to so many of our friends as we know many people who live just outside the area so for a short break its just perfect. Everything is within walking distance - including the train station if arriving this way. There is a very small car park at the hotel, but we use the covered car park in the next street.
