We had an executive room on the sixth floor with a very good queen size bed. The room was quiet and clean and the hotel is located near the Montparnasse station and well communicated with metro stations (Pasteur is the closest). We will definitely consider this hotel during our next trip to Paris.

Our room was comfortable but felt a little small for a 4 people (2 adults and 2 youth). Beds were very comfortable so we were able to have a decent sleep for all 7 nights. The AC worked great during the heatwave and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast selection was great with a combination of hot dishes, freshly baked pastries, fruit, salad and drinks selections. Location is great for catching the metro into town or accessing the tourist hotspots and attractions. The following things were t so great. The bathroom could use a proper deep cleaning as the grout had some black spots. The sink also didn’t really drain well and seemed blocked sometimes but no big deal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and did all the things we planned to do during our time in Paris.

Location was good and we could get an uber very quickly to go anywhere however the hotel stay was disappointing. Some of the staff were not very helpful and a bit rude. Our bathroom wash basin drain had some blockage and the water was not draining properly and took very long to drain. We complained everyday but nobody looked at it. We had to keep requesting for towels all the time. If there are 3 people in a room the hotel should provide the basics but this was always missing and we had to keep asking. Overall not satisfied with the hotel.

For some reason didn’t know I was a diamond member and tried to sell us breakfast. Once they realized they stopped, but on checkout the same person then tried to charge us for having had breakfast!

Good location with air conditioned room working well in 37 degree heat! Comfortable beds and blackout curtains. We appreciated the mini fridge and drinks provided, but would have liked to have seen china cups or glasses to drink from in a 4 star hotel rather than paper cups. Room was perfectly clean but decor very basic, again would have expected a little more for 4 stars. We have also received small gifts for children at other Novotel stays, of course not essential but is a nice touch considering they are marketed as a family friendly hotel.

Hotel needs updated. Bathroom and toilet are separate. Shower was leaking. Rooms needs updated and painted. Breakfast was poor. Quality of food was horrendous. Staff were sharp and rude serving at breakfast. As a travel advisor I will not be sending clients here.
