A small room for the price, air conditioning did not work, breakfast rather expensive for the price and selection, room cleaning was somewhat arbitrary (came when not asked, and skipped sometimes). Not my first choice next time.

The staff at reception were ok.But the staff at restaurant very indifferent and were behaving indifferently.Rooms were not cleaned properly and the foul smell from restrooms stayed.No basic toiletries were found in room.Very disappointing stay.The window at the entrance were broken and they had just stuck it with masking tape.

Exceptionally good staff. Cold plates for a hot breakfast was an annoyance. The absence of a bike or a rowing machine from the gym was a disappointment.

Clean room. There were flies / insects in room. Shower door did not close fully. Shower drain was slow. Toilet door with paint peeling.

Our room was large and comfortable with all the facilities we need for our baby. Separate bed, cot, extra A-B-C. View from room was nice. Each and every member of staff went above and beyond to help us. Quick service in no time at your room. Julia is very very good in customer retention along with the male who has checked us in. All staff of breakfast were good. Room service people were excellent. Good choice of breakfast. And at the end of the day, you enjoy cold and hot drinks in your room at no extra cost and that also on each and everyday of ur stay. Code:AMP,MM,UP.

Room was clean and a nice size. Breakfast was basic but of good quality. Elevators were very poor and took ages each time. Gym, though new, is not very well equipped or large. Staff were nice.
