2 items: 1. at the check in i was asked 600 euro of guarantee as the booking in your system was not "pre-paid" by my Travel Agency (it happened also in the past). i had to contact the agency to re-send you their credit card details; 2. my room (304) at the 3rd floor is quite "old fashion" with some features in the bathroom not at standard.

Firstly, the front desk staff is wonderful! Secondly, the location was perfect for us. Thirdly, the hotel was immaculate from the room to the restaurant to the lobby. The far from perfect part was the insanity that was breakfast with boisterous children running around without supervision. Every morning it was a different gaggle of youngsters all set loose upon the buffet. Numerous times we witnessed some kids putting their hands down into the cereal and dried fruit containers, grabbing handfuls. My wife's already a little freaked out by buffets and this experience really did a number on her. She ate only croissants for five mornings (and only ones reachable only by adult hands). Another ding would be the smoking. There were always smokers standing directly in front of the entrance. Every single time we exited or entered there was at least one person smoking/vaping. Please direct those people further away from the doors. And folks should not be allowed to smoke on the balconies. It was fine for two days, but then smokers moved in next to us and we could not leave our balcony door or window open due to the smoke drifting into our room. The final ding is the design of the bathroom where the light switch is situated on the bedroom wall behind an open swinging door w/o any space between said swinging out door and the bed for any adult human to reach with being a contortionist to turn the light on or off. And it's really bad for the person sleeping on that side of the bed because the door has to be swung opened and close to get to the light to turn on or turn off and the bathroom light glares directly into their eyes with a person trying to contort themselves in a manner which allows them to enter and exit the bathroom with the least amount of acrobatics. Very frustrating dealing with that for five nights.

No air-conditioning for 2 nights. It was super hot and the windows also would not open. Could barely sleep in the heat and hence spoilt our holiday as we were groggy due to lack of sleep.
