Easy to travel around paris from the Montparnasse station which was a short walk from the hotel. The Breakfast was good quality and quantity. I was disappointed that our room was in slight disrepair. The water temperature adjustment on the bathroom sink did not work as expected and the water quickly turned scalding hot so we had to be quick about handwashing. Additionally, the toilet and the sink being in separate rooms is odd. This forces you to touch multiple doors with unclean hands before you get to the sink. The climate adjustment knob on the thermostat also seemed to be broken and it took some tinkering to get it to work. My wife was disappointed that there was no conditioner in the hotel room when we first checked in. And there didn’t appear to be a spot in the shower for any either, so we assumed it wasn’t an amenity the hotel provided. We ended up purchasing some elsewhere and after checking with the front desk we found out that it should have been stocked in the room already. A positive note is that I mentioned it was my wife’s birthday and the hotel provided two free tickets for a seine cruise.

The best part of this hotel is the location. It is conveniently located at walking distance from the main railway station. When we had to catch up an early train the staff provided us with packed breakfast for us to consume on the train as there was not enough time to eat at the hotel. Dinner was available quite late. It was convenient to do all the sight seeing in the town and then get food once we returned to the hotel. One feature that we liked was that there was drinking water available at every level of the hotel. (Good to know that the hotel encouraged not to use plastic bottles. We really missed a hot water kettle in the room where we could have made our own cup of tea. Perhaps also milk and tea bags of our choice (English breakfast - Lipton)

We had a very comfortable stay. We only required a one night stay near Paris Montparnasse ready for a morning journey. The hotel is extremely well located with a short cut into the back of the station. The room was spotlessly clean and breakfast superb.

We had the most wonderful stay and the staff were extremely friendly. The amenities were great. We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and the hotel were so kind and really made our stay special. They made our kids feel special too. I would highly recommend this hotel

We had an executive room on the sixth floor with a very good queen size bed. The room was quiet and clean and the hotel is located near the Montparnasse station and well communicated with metro stations (Pasteur is the closest). We will definitely consider this hotel during our next trip to Paris.

Staff: helpful, responsive, and friendly Location: close to several metro lines and the train station. Room: all necessary amenities, good air conditioning, outlets next to bed for charging, can open window for fresh air, clean Misc: easy check in and check out process, SUPERB breakfast (many options and qualitative!!), easy luggage storage with lockers Everything was great!

Our room was comfortable but felt a little small for a 4 people (2 adults and 2 youth). Beds were very comfortable so we were able to have a decent sleep for all 7 nights. The AC worked great during the heatwave and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast selection was great with a combination of hot dishes, freshly baked pastries, fruit, salad and drinks selections. Location is great for catching the metro into town or accessing the tourist hotspots and attractions. The following things were t so great. The bathroom could use a proper deep cleaning as the grout had some black spots. The sink also didn’t really drain well and seemed blocked sometimes but no big deal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and did all the things we planned to do during our time in Paris.

Location was good and we could get an uber very quickly to go anywhere however the hotel stay was disappointing. Some of the staff were not very helpful and a bit rude. Our bathroom wash basin drain had some blockage and the water was not draining properly and took very long to drain. We complained everyday but nobody looked at it. We had to keep requesting for towels all the time. If there are 3 people in a room the hotel should provide the basics but this was always missing and we had to keep asking. Overall not satisfied with the hotel.

For some reason didn’t know I was a diamond member and tried to sell us breakfast. Once they realized they stopped, but on checkout the same person then tried to charge us for having had breakfast!
