The issues you encountered with the bathroom door and lock, the faulty light, the unpleasant smell, the bedding, the blind and the air conditioning are certainly not the experience we aim to provide our guests. The hotel is just a few steps from the exit of the RER A train, which is the train people use to get to Disneyland Park.

The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the lock jammed so we had to use the bathroom with the door ajar the whole time. A light bulb wasn’t working in the bathroom and the toilet didn’t smell particularly pleasant. The bunkbed had a large storage unit left on it, so I guess we were left to make up the bed ourselves if we wanted to use it. We weren’t given any hand towels, and when requested I was given bath mats in place of towels. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The blind didn’t fully close to block out the whole window, and the air con unit was quite noisy. Neither of us got much sleep at all for the night we stayed. The only silver lining was that we were just staying for one night before moving on. Wouldn’t recommend, especially given the price point.

Rooms are clean and functional. Location is a literal stone's throw from entrance to RER station. Staff are great. Extremely helpful with a friendly, laid back attitude. They really made the place feel comfortable to sit down and relax at the end of a long day.

Hotel was excellent - comfortable and good value for money. Check in was easy and reception was always manned. The hotel is situated incredibly close to the RER station and also only a 30 minute walk from the Disney parks. Rooms are small but enough space and the air conditioning works well. Not for my first stay and definitely won't be my last

I was in Ibis budget, and was disappointed by the room considering the price + prices at the bar one large white coffee + 1 coffee 9 euros. People tries to be helpful but do not master the computer tools... Everything takes ages...

Only issue was lack of stair access and only single lift. All stairs warned you’d set off fire alarm. Easy access from train station and room was quiet. Please also don’t close curtain in room once cleaned, we ended up holding door open and then opening curtain to check no one was hiding in room.

It’s clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower is good and it is right at the station. BUT, the only way to get to your room is via one small and busy lift, so there is a long wait every time (why are there no stairs?!). There is very little storage, not even a shelf by the sink.

Excellent location for Disney, the budget section has good rooms although the air con could be improved as it did get very warm in the rooms due to heatwave. The train station is right next door so 5 minutes from Disney about around 40 minutes to Paris central. The hotel provided fresh water by the lift and was secure.
