Receptioniat Josh was very kind and friendly. Very good location, cleanliness of the room was good. And that’s all what is positive on this hotel. Poor service and very very poor breakfast. Dirty plates and dirty area where the food is placed. Not much space and the price for what u get is riducilous. Vending machine on each floor is broken. I would not reccommend this hotel. There are much better in same location for this price.

Rude staff one coffee machine at breakfast for a dining room with around a 100 people in it. No toaster when asked apparently also broken. Ordered glass of wine at the bar was given a small bottle costing 20 euro told they don’t do by the glass. Heard a customer complain the next day and suddenly the barman could serve by the glass so I was not the only customer he was deceiving. Room was far too hot and we couldn’t adjust our air con we asked for a room change this was not given. Hotel has no seating area for the bar just the saw hard chairs and tables which serve the breakfast in the morning. Don’t recommmend this hotel

Unfortunately it is not possible for me to evaluate level of my experience with my stay at least that Im satisfied, due to that fact that I'm still don't receive correct invoices as it was promised by your personnel (when I was leaving your personal told me that it is not possible to give me correct version because of not working printer and that they gonna send me the correct ones latter). Yesterday I've send request on your customer support with explanation of the situation envisage. But I still don't receive what I need. I believe that your gonna fulfil their promises. I've received two invoices from your personal, both wrong - first one was invoice for another person, with the second one I've asked your personal about invoice, but your personal promised me to send correct version based on my instructions, due to that fact that there was problems with printer, so it was impossible to give me correct versions right in place before I leave. Today I've several times tried to get in touch with the management of the Ibis Mariahilf (by email and via phone call) kindly asking to send me correct versions I need, lady I've talked with promised to do it as soon as possible, but it's already evening and I still have nothing in my email. What I was asking, is right on the first day when I arrive I was asking about separate invoices for accommodation and for parking. And second thing is about accommodation of the last day of my stay 04.12 with late departure, it should be together with payment for late departure same day. Best Regards

The location of this hotel is good, there’s a tram stop right across the road, a main train station down the road and a main shopping street round the corner. This was unfortunately the only good thing about this hotel. We were in room 1223 (but after reading other reviews it seems to be a common problem with most rooms) the rooms are far too hot!!! There isn’t any AC at all, we could open the window a little bit but it didn’t make all that much difference. We literally felt like we were being cooked alive during the night and that’s with sleeping without a blanket over me. It was unbearable, when I mentioned it to reception they said they would send someone up to look at it and potentially provide a fan for us. When we went back up all they had done was mess around with the switches (which weren’t working to begin with). Sorry to say I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for this reason and the fact its extremely dated
