Great location for sightseeing in Vienna, close to the underground. Decent rooms, very clean. Staff were lovely and very helpful. We didn’t eat in, there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Only negative was no kettle. Could have done with a cup of tea!

Rooms were comfortable. It would be good to have a bottle of drinking water or a jar of potable tap water in the rooms. Providing tea and coffee making facility in the room would not cost a lot, but would greatly add to the value and convenience to the guest, since most people like their tea and coffee made differently to the vending machines.

I stayed for six nights, and had the best time! Service was great at the desk, in the dining room at breakfast and dinner, and in the room. Room was clean and well appointed and stocked. Loved being close to Mariahilfer. I was able to walk to attractions, take the U3, the 18 to the main station and the Big Bus hop on hop off came right to the door. Great value. Friendly staff and super location. Perfect!

The hotel itself was good. **BEWARE** The hotel advertises air conditioning, BUT during our visit, the climate was in between cool and warm. The hotel AC was shut off and not even the staff could control it. The staff member at the front desk was very helpful and very apologetic and he didn’t show to be too happy about the AC situation. Because he told me that he did not know what to tell customers. He was very accommodating and provided me a small fan for my room. Other than that hotel was average, food at restaurant was good and decent pricing. Breakfast was a bit chaotic IF you go during peak times. Buffet was good for the price.
