Breakfast is very poor. Housekeeping do not respect the boundaries and barge into the room. The staff on reception are helpful but not very enthusiastic. The room is nice and clean. Nice view. Good location. Overall ok experience.

The hotel is located close to Mariahilferstrasse, metro station, Westbahnhof, breakfast very generous and offers many options. The reception staff very helpful with various questions/requests. The room was quite cold because the wind outside came into the room, the windows did not close perfectly. The noise produced by the wind was very loud and you could not sleep well. The hotel needs renovation, everything seems quite old and some things need to be changed. There are 3 elevators, but sometimes they do not work and you have to go up/down the stairs. I stayed for 3 nights and the room was not cleaned at all during these days. In conclusion, the price of 200 eur/night/double room is way too high!

As far as room service is concerned, our hotel participates in the Good for Kids program, which supports the Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque association. In this context, cleaning is offered on request, in order to reduce water and energy consumption, and each room not cleaned contributes to a donation for the association. This information is indicated at the reception at check-in and displayed in the room (on the bed), in the bathroom and in the lifts. Despite this, we are sorry if it was not clear or if it caused you discomfort: our team is available 24 hours a day and we are happy to clean, change towels as well as restock products as soon as a customer wants it. Check in without issues. Average size room, no fridge, no coffee machine and the worse was the fact that the windows couldn't be closed properly. Walls very thin. No privacy what so ever. The staff were very kind and helpful, but you only can do as much with that sort of infrastructure.
