Firstly, my neighbor on the top bunk farted, burped, and did everything possible to make it impossible to sleep. Secondly, I topped up my Jo&Joe card, and it turned out that it had to be returned when leaving the hostel, which is an extremely strange policy considering that I would have liked to return, but now I have no desire to do so. Third, you can't pay for the storage lockers with the hostel card, which is strange and inconvenient. On the plus side, there was a karaoke party and a rooftop with a panoramic view of the city.

Surprisingly nice for a hostel. The mattress was quite hard and the building sounds (AC + something else) were quite loud.

One of the best hostels i have ever been too. staff members were very nice and helpful. the bedrooms and the shower were super nice and comfy. I do feel a bit of fomo with the bottom beds having their own curtin which let them to have more privacy and block lighting

Overall, my stay was acceptable. The room was clean, which I appreciated. One positive aspect worth mentioning was the friendliness and helpfulness of the lady at reception, who was consistently kind and welcoming. However, the colour scheme in the single rooms is quite oppressive: the dark green walls combined with the black ceiling create a very gloomy atmosphere and made the space feel rather suffocating. A major concern is that the toilet room does not contain a sink. This is, in my view, unacceptable from a hygiene perspective, particularly in the shared facilities, where guests are forced to touch door handles without being able to wash their hands first. My biggest drawback was the noise level. The ventilation system was extremely loud even when switched off, comparable to constant aircraft background noise. This significantly affected my sleep and was so disruptive that I had to purchase earplugs the following day in order to rest properly. Finally, I was disappointed by how food allergies were handled. The hostel had been informed in advance about my severe food allergies, yet at breakfast, I struggled to obtain any clear information about ingredients. Even staff were unable to provide ingredient lists, and I was told that no packaging was available to check the contents of the bread. This lack of information felt careless and concerning.
