washing machines doesn't work aircon noisy, boring , overpriced, breakfast exspensive , towels too , receptionist gave bad vibe like your not welcome if you are Austrian , online check in QR wasn't beneficial buy self keycard , homeless smelly man was sitting in public area no one questioned him drunk at day time talking to himself and harassing others no security like activity... night was event free well ok for 15€ but not more

One of the best stays of our lives. Perfect things to do at night. Very clean spaces and lots of amenities. Karaoke night rocks !

The service&staff - amazing. The location - perfect. The price - competitive. However, we were surprised that in a hotel the luggage storage is paid. We stayed in a private bedroom. We were impressed by the size of the room, however, it was... empty? I love minimalism, but just a bed and a wardrobe was a bit too little, we would love to have at least 1 table or shelf or a chair. Space was also lacking in the bathroom - no place to leave your clothes, just the hangers and the tiny sink. I was also disappointed to see so limited breakfast, as I would expect from Accor some "hotel" basics like scrambled eggs etc. I guess the hotel being a hoStel does justify it, but we thought that booking a hotel room we would get a full hotel deal, not a mix of hotel/hostel. We were also misguided in terms of charging the card with money to pay for example for beer at the wall - on bar we were told that it's not a problem to give the unused money back, but on chekout it turned out it's not possible at all. The bar staff generally seems to misunderstand how these prepaid room cards work, so maybe some recap would be helpful, or clear guidance for the guests on this feature? All in all, I guess for that price we do have to make some sacrifices and in the end we loved our stay, thanks for having us!

It is amazing, pretty clean. Bunk beds are steady and spacious you have your privacy as well as a social experience. You can join the weekly activities and if you don't want to, the rooms are isolated so you won't be bothered with unwanted sounds
