the bed i was supposed to use was occupied so i hat to use a bed above, thats not fine for me - back pain. a bit more hooks and bags would be nice and the possibility to protect from the room light - like the curtain in the lower beds. as is seems, my accor card was not recorded at my bookings. hope it will be possible to add ma bonus points. thx

The room had a good size, but the pillow was extremely thin and I could not sleep well. The toilet and shower were also in separate rooms which is fine, however there was no sink in the room with the toilet so you could not wash your hands if the shower was occupied.

Honestly the best hostel I have been to and I’ve been to quite a few. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and spacious, theres plenty of spaces to chill & hang out and there’s a kitchen for everyone’s use. The location is also very convenient. I absolutely loved it.

Never seen keeping luggage would be also chargeable before checkin & saw this first hostel were we need to self prepared the bed.

Regarding luggage storage, as a busy hostel we unfortunately have limited space available for luggage before check-in, which is why this service is offered for a small fee. We understand that this may not be what every guest expects. As for the beds, preparing your own bed is a common practice in hostels, and we provide fresh linen and everything needed to make it quick and easy. Great hostel and location, the staff was very nice and the environment young and fun. I was just thrown off by the fact that the hostel dis not jeep our bags in the days if the check in and chack out, having some expensive lockers in the facility.

An enjoyable stay thank you. Unfortunately the roof was understandably closed due to the storm but made up for by the best bedroom view I have ever seen. Staff were also very friendly and social spaces were excellent. Convenient location close to station. My only dissapointment stopping it being a 9 or 10 was that there was only a microwave in the kitchen - no oven or hob meaning kitchen facilities were rather poor.

The cleanliness of the 12 dorm mixed room was not great and the location of the dorm was also a bit off, I found it a bit hard to find when I first arrived.

A great base to explore Vienna from. Conveniently close to a train station and U-Bahn station. Great breakfast and great communal areas. Nice atmosphere and staff. Loved the art on the walls of the communal areas. Only thing we didn't love was our room, a private room that was painted black and had a big black pillar diagonally infront of the window (with a hole in so a bit shabby) which made it hard to open and close the curtains. Wouldn't have mattered much if painted a brighter colour. It was a bit dismal to be honest but nothing that a lick of paint wouldn't fix. The bunk beds weren't very comfortable because they had very thin sheets so you could feel the plastic underneath. However the shower and toilet were good, bright and clean. As a base for the night it worked well for us as a family. I think maybe we just got a bit unlucky with our room as ones in the pictures look nice and bright.
