Great hostel and location, the staff was very nice and the environment young and fun. I was just thrown off by the fact that the hostel dis not jeep our bags in the days if the check in and chack out, having some expensive lockers in the facility.

An enjoyable stay thank you. Unfortunately the roof was understandably closed due to the storm but made up for by the best bedroom view I have ever seen. Staff were also very friendly and social spaces were excellent. Convenient location close to station. My only dissapointment stopping it being a 9 or 10 was that there was only a microwave in the kitchen - no oven or hob meaning kitchen facilities were rather poor.

The cleanliness of the 12 dorm mixed room was not great and the location of the dorm was also a bit off, I found it a bit hard to find when I first arrived.

A great base to explore Vienna from. Conveniently close to a train station and U-Bahn station. Great breakfast and great communal areas. Nice atmosphere and staff. Loved the art on the walls of the communal areas. Only thing we didn't love was our room, a private room that was painted black and had a big black pillar diagonally infront of the window (with a hole in so a bit shabby) which made it hard to open and close the curtains. Wouldn't have mattered much if painted a brighter colour. It was a bit dismal to be honest but nothing that a lick of paint wouldn't fix. The bunk beds weren't very comfortable because they had very thin sheets so you could feel the plastic underneath. However the shower and toilet were good, bright and clean. As a base for the night it worked well for us as a family. I think maybe we just got a bit unlucky with our room as ones in the pictures look nice and bright.

Finn made us feel very welcome after 30 hours of travelling from Australia. Thank you Finn Rooms were brilliant for 3 people, everything we needed. Pillows are terrible, lumpy and too flat. We requested additional pillows so sleep on night two was blissful.

This was the best stay of our trip. Planned to stay one night stayed for a week! Good size room with great A/C and privet bath. The social area are fun and up beat but nicely separated from the sleeping areas. Staff was great; helpful, friendly. The location just can’t be beat. Steps from a train station and an underground stop for several lines. Easy to get to the things you want to go to. No stove but that did not bother me. I did wish there was a way to get ice for my drinks. Very clean. Easy access with an elevator. Direct access to IKEA’s cafeteria. The train station has all kinds of shopping and food options. Felt very safe; right by police station.

There are so many things I didn't like, and they are indicative of a lack of respect for guests and an ultra-capitalist mentality: 1) Billiards and table football are out of the question in a hostel. They're free. 2) Asking €8 to store my backpack for a few euros is a rip-off. These are usually free too. 3) Breakfast is terrible for €8: frozen eggs, cheese, and salami from a discount store. Horrible. Maybe it was worth €1. 4) No organized activities to interact with guests. No tours. Nothing at all. You make terrible use of your space. 5) The area is extremely run-down; we were harassed every day.

It was an amazing stay!!! Only stayed for two nights but could easily do a week here. Great location, close to the trains and shopping right outside the door. Staff was really great and nice! I did the friends and family dinner on the first night which was amazing. Not only was it a bargain for dinner, but I really did make friends I'll now keep on to for the rest of my life. Would recommend anyone to stay at this hostel!!!

The room was great and the bathroom too. Very modern and very clean. There is a lot of people and the hostel is very big. The only bad thing is that you can't cook. There is no stove.

영어 컴플레인 서한 (Official Complaint Letter) Subject: Formal Complaint regarding Unacceptable Stay, Health Hazards, and Request for a Partial Refund To the Hotel Management, I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. My experience was highly unsatisfactory due to poor management, severe hygiene issues, and terrible customer service. I demand an immediate review of the following matters and a partial refund for the immense distress caused. Severe Health Hazard (Unclean Air Conditioning): The air conditioning system in the room was shockingly filthy. Thick, white dust from the AC unit had accumulated all over the wall. Due to this severe lack of maintenance, I suffered from continuous coughing and respiratory irritation throughout the night. This is a blatant violation of basic hygiene and hospitality standards. Furthermore, the cooling itself was extremely weak, making the room unbearably warm. The entire hotel requires immediate, professional AC deep-cleaning. Intolerable Noise Disturbances: During the early hours of the morning, guests were shouting and making excessive noise in the lounge area, completely disrupting my sleep. Additionally, the loud, slamming noises from guests shutting the three large corridor doors kept me awake. The hotel must implement strict quiet hours and install soft-close mechanisms on those doors immediately. Billing Error & Unfair Overcharge: There was a double-booking/double-payment issue for my room. Instead of resolving it fairly, your staff cancelled the cheaper booking, forcing me to pay a higher rate. Because of the language barrier, I had to explain everything painstakingly via a translator app, yet the resolution was entirely unfair. I feel cheated and firmly request a refund for the overcharged amount. Unprofessional Security/Staff Behavior: While one staff member at check-in was kind, the overall experience was ruined by the staff at the ground floor (0 Floor) entrance. Given the unacceptable room conditions that directly impacted my health, the lack of proper noise control, and the unfair double-billing issue, I am officially requesting a significant partial refund. I expect a prompt and serious response detailing how you intend to compensate me for this miserable experience. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will escalate this issue to higher tourism authorities and post detailed reviews across all major travel platforms. Regarding the city tax, this amount is included in the total price displayed at the time of booking and is clearly stated in the reservation details.
