This protocol includes a thorough inspection by trained staff to determine whether there is an actual issue. In the rare event that an infestation is confirmed, we immediately carry out professional decontamination procedures, including treating guests’ belongings and relocating them to a new room when appropriate. In this particular case, no evidence supporting the claim was found during our investigation. We always strive to handle concerns responsibly while maintaining policies that also prevent misuse of such claims. For this reason, we rely on verified findings and professional assessments before taking action, ensuring fairness and transparency for both our guests and our property.
