The person at the reception desk was extremely rude. When we asked, very politely, for more pillows, as theirs is paper thin, he replied rudely that we arrived late (at 8 pm) and that the hotel was full so he can’t do anything for us. I have never heard of a hotel being too full to have extra pillows. The room wasn’t the cleanest either. With no AC and a hard rock mattress for the bed.

Got into the room it stunk of smoking the table was broken and the dirty, then if you open the window people were allowed to smoke below the window

Clean, quiet hotel and friendly staff. The only drawback is the location - 15 mins walk from the metro until the T10 tramline is completed, and rather lonely after dark.

This is most certainly the most value for money accommodation there is in the area of Matmut Stadium. Breakfast was buffet, plentiful and most tasty! Rooms comfortable and very spacious.
