It is the second time I stayed at Ibis and there is always something wrong about the service: last time, in Anthony the hotel didn't have hot water fue to maintaince but they didn't inform us before hand at during check in, we found out due to a sign in the lift. I complained and didn't even get an apology. This time we asked for one extra pillow (they only put one per person and as I am pregnant I need another pillow). First they told us they will have it ready for us when we came back from dinner and then they said they didn't have it. The room was also very basic, even for a budget hotel: no hair dryer, not even a proper bathroom but rather a separate room with the toilet and the sink and shower were in the room itself. The coffee machine in the lobby didn't accept my card for some reason so I asked the receptionist to exchange a 50euro bill for me to pay with coins and he said he cannot exchange it either. Also, the temperature in the shower variated a por even if you didn't move the knob. Overall a bit disappointinh even for just 1 night, and the price was not even that low.

Good location, easy access to the metro. Friendly staff, cleanliness, keyless, code-locked rooms, free private parking. Air conditioning was missing and more storage space would have been nice. Breakfast was available, but we did not take advantage of it.
