I had a one-week hotel booking. Before check-in time, I kept my luggage at the reception after informing them and receiving approval. When I returned, my booking was cancelled as a “no-show,” and I did not receive any refund.

A bare-bones motel. While cleanish, the rooms are not very nice given the cost of 150E per night. They would merit a cost of around 70E a night, in my view.

desk destroy in the room, very very small room even for an Ibis budget nightman not super friendly a lot of noise outside the hotel I will appreciated that you reimbursed me or at least a commercial Gift i informed the hotel of all points above during the check out
