Quick review: - Room: clean, comfortable - Sound proof: NO, at all. Somehow, throughout the night I kept hearing water flowing and people boiling water (real people or ?????) - Toilet amenities: so so ; some bottle pumps need repair, I guess - Breakfast: well done - Room service: seriously, none?!

The water-flowing sound you mentioned is likely related to the air-conditioning and heating refrigerant system, and we have shared this with our engineering team for immediate inspection. I was in Seoul during Cafe Show Expo. As a regular guest of this hotel, I know it is the best accommodation. It is easy to reach from airport, as you just have to take a bus, and walk a few minutes from Coex bust stop. Coex Expo center is a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The staff is extremely kind, and also very accommodating to my request. As I platinum member, I was granted an early check in and a late check out. And mail response was fast.

Was having trouble getting a room due to the APEC Summit so decided to give this one a try. So glad I did as it may become my preferred option. It is very well located from the office buildings in this area and there are many restaurants located nearby so food options are plentiful (including a Paris Baguette or Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf) a very short walk from the entrance of you want to skip the big hotel breakfast. There is also a convenience store across the main road and a subway station a short walk away. Rooms are small, but they have made maximum use of the space (for example the same sliding door covers the wardrobe and bathroom) and they are kept clean. It’s not the most luxurious option but certainly functional and convenient.
