It was a great experience, the service was good, the food in the restaurant was also good. Points for improvement: - ironing room (the iron was dirty); - cleanliness of the room (there were dirty spots and the soap in the sink was in a new box, but it had already been used by someone). During checkout (30.09.24) I didn't get a invoice for the parking of my car. They would send it by mail but I doubt I get this invoice. Asked by Mail to h3… but no answer. First mail I received: "Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up." For the second mail I still wait for any answer. The Hotel is very loud. If somebody move a chair in a room above my room nobody can sleep. I could hear every step if somebody walk in the room above. I am talking from midnight. No wonder with laminated floor. During the day the room service trolley sound like a train what is going across the Hotel. Why the trolley don't have soft tires instead of hard tires on a laminated floor. Who design something like this. During breakfast the Women in the Kittchen (open door) Talking and Laughing so loud and without end. This made a nice breakfast to something I like to leave as fast as possible.

Although the hotel has a very convenient location, I believe some staff members have to receive more training at reception. Firstly, one of our reservations was booked in the system for the past month, not for 05.09. After that, we have requested ages ago early check in for a room on 7th floor and nobody was aware of that. I had to go two times to reception to confirm we could use from 9am onwards. When lunch in-room was ordered, rice was forgotten in the meal, but quickly room service brought it over to us. Breakfast was delicious and the variety of items was excellent. Rooms are clean and spacious enough, however some renovation works are greatly needed.
