The service is outstanding. There is always someone to help and they go beyond the call of duty to give what we need. Things are simple, intelligent, practical and the restaurant is wonderful. The rooms are really comfortable too!!

the bathroom needs to change the toilet plastic cover for a bigger or a better fitted one. Although, nearby one of the biggest banana farm regions of Brazil, the bananas offered at the breakfast were not good. The welcome drink was either soda or water while in other Accor hotels in world I can have better options.
