Staff was very hospitable and accommodating - 5 stars. Was disappointed there is no more shuttle to Changi. Room smells damp and maintenance need to check some of the parts. Cleaning at common area needs improving. We saw a plastic knife outside the lift to our room for 3 days on the carpet in the open.

The hotel is right at Marine Parade MRT Exit 2 and surrounded by malls and shops. It is affordable in Singapore context for a 4 star hotel. What needs to be there is already there. The service staff are accomodating and prompt for service. The toilet has a blinking light which technician is fast to arrive to fix. The corridor has an awful smell which hope the hotel can do a better ventilation or scent.
