The hotel is just 15 minutes from the airport, which makes it convenient for a short stay. I arrived at 10 am, well before the 3 pm check-in time, and the staff kindly gave me an early check-in. The rooms were comfortable. As my stay was brief, I didn't get a chance to use the amenities or try the meals.

Great service from staff. We were able to leave our bags early with staff and access the pool and gym prior to checking in. Very helpful staff and accomodating. Good sized rooms and great location. Easy to get to from the airport with lots of eating options nearby.

Stay was very comfortable.....rooms very nice....check in check out was quick...well located....food options could have been better....first day night we reached late....we didnt have any food options.....breakfast menu had indian food options which was good...quality of indian food could have been better...medu wada for instance........also felt one or two of breakfast lounge staff had a slightly negative bias towards Indian guests...for example they offered us a table at the far end when so many tables near the counters were empty....when asked for tea ...didnt offer to serve on the table....while previous day one of the staff served on the table.

Had a great 3-day visit. Great access to the MRT which is right outside. Excellent food choices and some great barista coffee outlets. Decent size pool and sundeck. Huge rooms in terms of m2. Only downside is that the rooms are in need of a refurbishment but that is a minor issue considering all the pluses. Thanks Mercure Roxy.

The property is very well located, and that is one of the few positives. The staff is good and courteous. However, that's the end of the good things. The rooms are in poor condition. The washrooms were in poor condition. This followed up on the lack of cleanliness; the first night, the bedsheets needed to be changed due to stains, followed by hair in the bath towels and other places. I would strongly not recommend this property.
