The concierge was friendly and helpful. The food we ordered was tasty and hot as well as reasonably priced. The room was ok, space wise, but was uncomfortably warm with air conditioning that was next to useless, it was very noisy and didn’t really cool the room at all, the sun had been on the room all day and didn’t cool. I spoke to the concierge about a room with ac that worked however she told me it doesn’t work well in the whole hotel. The bed was hard so it wasn’t a restful night at all. I wouldn’t stay here again, it was one of the worst Accor hotels we have stayed in- book elsewhere. Le concierge était sympathique et serviable. La nourriture que nous avons commandée était savoureuse et chaude ainsi qu'à un prix raisonnable. La chambre était correcte, en termes d'espace, mais elle était inconfortablement chaude avec une climatisation presque inutile, elle était très bruyante et ne rafraîchissait pas vraiment la pièce, le soleil était resté dans la pièce toute la journée et ne refroidissait pas . J'ai parlé au concierge d'une chambre avec climatisation qui fonctionnait, mais elle m'a dit que cela ne fonctionnait pas bien dans tout l'hôtel. Le lit était dur donc ce n’était pas du tout une nuit reposante. Je ne reviendrais pas ici, c'était l'un des pires hôtels Accor dans lesquels nous avons séjourné - réservez ailleurs.

Rooms OK but prefer double beds . however thebathroom are not maintained properly . Mould on the bottom. skirtings in bad condition .

Firstly the young lady (I think was a cleaner) who was there when we arrived was lovely. Let us know we could order food from Uber eats and lent us a bottle opener! Went to the room and managed 20 mins before we left and found somewhere else. Budget hotel not an issue but dirty marks on the curtains and shower curtain and the general tiredness was too much. Glad we left.
