Comfortable modern executive room although the single sofa bed looked a bit basic when in the sofa position. On one day the tea / coffee items and complimentary minibar were not topped up when the room was serviced, although reception desk staff were quick to put this right when asked. I have been to this hotel many times before, and after years of not having a working gate for the parking, a new one has been installed. However it is shut very early (by 21:00 one night) and unlike in some places there is no keypad for returning guests to input an entry code so you have to buzz through to reception to be let back in. The main disappointment compared with previous years was that the evening menu in the restaurant has become more restricted, and there didn't appear to be the option to have lighter choices anymore, like an omelette or piece of smoked salmon, which always used to be good if you had had a main meal out during the day. Also the actual menu is now printed on much more flimsy pieces of paper than before.

We are used to the Novotel branch. But this time we had a less better experience. At first we were welcomed in a very nice abiance. The receptionist was very kind and professional. But once checked in we went to the bar to have a drink. As our room and breakfast was already paid for we chose not to put any bill's on the room and paid for every consummation at the bar and restaurant. After we were served the waitress gave us the bill and we paid instantly by card. After half an hour suddenly some other guy came over with the same bill.. ? he never served us and we had no business with him. Strange that you can get out twice the same bill out of your till ... And what about this waiter ? We never aked him anything. Plus he wanted to know how we paid. As if he didn't believe us ... Later on we chose to eat at the restaurant. My daughter took the wok dish. She said it wasn't tasting well so I changed my dish with heir's. And I assure you she was right. You should try it yourselves. This was the most bad wok I have tasted in my life. No spices at all , the vegetables without any taste nor the chicken . Than there was the showers... The sealing is so low that if you are over 1.80m you have to sit down to get under the showerhead... We give the rating a 6 because the breakfast was fantastic. If that wasn't the case I would give the hotel a 3 on 10 ...

We stayed in this hotel while visiting a festival nearby. As a platinum I asked 2 x by mail for an early check in. Got 2 answers without any reference to my request. At the hotel at 1:30 we were told that there is no room available yet - only after telling that I‘m a platinum, suddendly there was a room available. The restaurant stuff is very competent and friendly. None of the 4 days the minimum expectation were met in terms of housekeeping. E.g. no Coffee and cups filled up. One day the room was open when we returned. This is an absolute no go! Our friends had the DND at the door every day and every day the room was made,. One day around 4 pm I asked to get the room cleaned after 5 seen that the room wasn‘t cleaned up to then and I was told that they wouldn‘t have any staff to do so - however the room was made once we came back. Overall this was a mixed experience and not sure we will get back to this place in the next year. Btw I booked 3 rooms for 4 nights.

Good parking, friendly check in, good clean room, great dinner & breakfast.

Nice hotel. Clean and Stylish bedroom. Didn't appreciate the fact that the water didn't drain properly in the shower (I stood in a puddle of water). Would have liked healthy options for breakfast. Staff well trained.

Excellent hotel for overnight stop near Nantes, easy to find, good parking, quiet, clean, good value accommodation and food and efficient and friendly staff.

Service was excellent. Restaurant had really lovely food.
