Shower change temperature with no reason a lot of times during using. Shower wet all bathroom.

I had such a wonderful stay at ibis World Trade Centre Dubai, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better hotel for my trip. I was in Dubai to attend an exhibition at Dubai World Trade Centre, and Ibis World Trade Centre turned out to be the perfect location. The exhibition hall is literally accessible directly from the back entrance of the hotel, which made attending the expo incredibly convenient. The hotel is also only about a 7-minute walk from the metro station, making it very easy to get around Dubai. Beyond the location, I absolutely loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The reception area has such a warm, colourful, lively feel, with different seating areas and so many thoughtful design details. It has a very welcoming energy that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are colourful, very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, with a lovely variety of options, and the atmosphere of the Twine Restaurant. The restaurant staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which added even more to the overall experience. But what truly made my stay memorable were the people at the hotel. A special thank you to Gamal for his professionalism, friendliness, and helpful advice regarding my booking. He took the time to make sure everything went smoothly for me and was genuinely helpful throughout the process. And a very special thank you to Salma, whose joyful personality, cheerful warmth, friendliness, and welcoming attitude really stood out to me. She helped me with rebooking and extending my stay, and even though the extension was initially booked at a much higher price, she patiently helped me find a much more convenient rate. She was incredibly understanding and patient throughout the whole process, and I truly appreciated the effort she made to help me. I would also like to recognise the gentleman responsible for cleaning and looking after Room 410. Although our encounters were few, every time I saw him, he greeted me with such a wide, genuine smile and was always happy and cheerful when helping me with anything I needed in my room. Those small moments of kindness really do make a difference when you are travelling, and I wanted to make sure his effort and wonderful attitude were recognised as well. To me, everything about this hotel came together beautifully—the location, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the comfort, the food, and most importantly, the people. Gamal, Salma, and the wonderful team at ibis World Trade Centre genuinely made my stay more memorable, and I’m very grateful to all of them. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a warm and welcoming experience. I would happily stay here again, especially when visiting Dubai for an event at the World Trade Centre.
