Located near the MTR station and bus terminal, so you don't have to worry about your daily commute or transportation to the airport. There are a lot of affordable restaurants and shops nearby that are open late, and some are even open 24 hours. The room is comfortable and clean.

It was a great stay with everything just in place. Thanks for Justina at reception for helping me with my check in and all the arrangements throughout my stay. It was very busy but she did her best to make my stay as smooth as it possibly can.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay. The room provided were very small and cramped. During my stay, the air conditioner was non-functional; unfortunately, even after I lodged a formal complaint, no action was taken by your team. The hot water temperature was also insufficient. While the food was average, the menu offers very limited options for vegetarian guests. Furthermore, with the exception of one or two staff members, the overall service lacked basic courtesy. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve future guest experiences.

The location was close to a station and bus stop and was in a major area. They welcomed us really well and acknowledged the gold memership and gave me a free change to a twin bed room. The service was excellent. The only con was that the room was small.

Had an issue with the room door a few days into my stay. Keycard worked for the elevator but could not open the room door. Stopped by the front desk and they suspected the door lock needed a battery change and a manager had to be called to fix the issue. Was told I had to wait 15 minutes. A staff member showed up within the 15 minutes, but was unfortunately not able to fix the lock. I was then told maintenance had to be called and it’d be another 15 minutes. Maintenance showed up promptly, changed the battery, and now the lock responded to the keycard. A few more days into my stay, the same problem occurred. Stopped by the front desk again, and was told there’s an issue with door lock. I was offered a room change which I took. I appreciate the staff’s prompt response in handling these two occurrences, but the issues did cause inconvenience during my stay at the hotel.

The staff in the hotel tried to scam me by saying my room which had breakfast included in it for all the 5 days of my stay had breakfast only for 2 days and when I went for breakfast on the 3rd day they denied me of breakfast after which I had to show them my reservation details even after which they tried to say some nonsense which is highly unexpected especially after having Accor gold status for the past year and over on top of all this the towels in the room were stained … every single day which is highly unexpected and highly unprofessional

Room is small. Bathroom is tiny. Outdated furniture and TV needs replaced. Tiny insects crawling in room. Safe deposit box out of battery/useless. Breakfast buffet was just okay. Anyways location was very good for ferry or MTR subway .
