Great location in the city center. I got first a very, very nice corner room in the attic. As I felt a little bit cold, the concierge gave me another room which was on the 3rd floor. It was very warm and cozy. It was a great experience. The breakfast was also very rich. I especially liked the old fashioned atmosphere of the breakfast room.

Be carful when opening the shower

Nicely renovated rooms. Excellent breakfast. Be careful with the shower. The shower has two separate sprinklers, the usual handheld and an additional high-overhead sprinkler. When opening the tap, which is a thermostatic bar mixer (a horizontal cylinder with knobs at both ends), it is not clear which of the two sprinklers will deliver the water. As the overhead is not in your visual field, you even do not notice that there is one above you, and the water will arrive to your hair from above. Be careful.

The room given was not opening easily and asked staff for fix the door while I came after long trip tired and facing this issue mad my mood.

I think there should be irons available in any room, for guests convenience. The iron in the basement is very uncomfortable, it was barely working. The smell in the basement is very bad.

Attended a conference. Good service, nice building, friendly staff, did not have a single problem. Improvements suggestion: elevators - out of 3 elevators, 1 was operating, 1 was intermittent, one closed; the minibar was empty however there was a bottle of complimentary water.
