The hotel features 109 non-smoking, air-conditioned rooms with complimentary high-speed WIFI. The hotel is open 24 hours a day and includes a snack bar area with terrace access. Located in Cointrin 10 minutes walk from the airport and the Palexpo convention center. The airport and city center are easily accessible by train, allowing visits to the United Nations Palace, Saint Peter's Cathedral and the Natural History Museum.

Our shuttle service, running 7 days a week every 20 minutes from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., ensures quick access to the airport and a 7-minute train ride to the city center. The room was extremely hot. I set the temperature to 16 degrees, but the airconditioning did not work. It was not possible to sleep with the window open, because of the load sound of the road outside. Bad night of sleep, was not possible when it was so hot in the room.

Reception, restaurant and shuttle staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Room was fine. And meal times were great - and menu was good, and in particular breakfast.

Well equipped hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were practical and clean. Aircon didn’t cool rooms (possibly to do with time of year settings) so the rooms were warm. Not enough space on the shuttle bus to the airport but it was only a 10 min walk.

The check-in welcome was great with free car parking time flexibility so I could drop off my kit. Helpful barman who gave advice on best walking route to the airport. Large, comfy room for pre-flight packing.
