The hotel features 109 non-smoking, air-conditioned rooms with complimentary high-speed WIFI. The hotel is open 24 hours a day and includes a snack bar area with terrace access. Located in Cointrin 10 minutes walk from the airport and the Palexpo convention center. The airport and city center are easily accessible by train, allowing visits to the United Nations Palace, Saint Peter's Cathedral and the Natural History Museum.

Our shuttle service, running 7 days a week every 20 minutes from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., ensures quick access to the airport and a 7-minute train ride to the city center. My daughter and I stayed at the hotel a night before our flight. We were able to walk from rental car location to hotel after dropping off the car. Restaurants also in walking distance. Rooms very clean, front desk friendly and good breakfast and coffe. Shuttle service free and frequent to airport. Would stay there again and recommend to friends

Location, size of room, breakfast fine. But room way too warm, the room controller, setting to 16 degrees and fan, showed to reaction. Clearly not working. Called reception to send someone up for assistance but they said ‘it’s no A/C, you have to open the window’. Rude, unhelpful, and clearly bullsh*****ing. Ended up opening window, as no other help available.
