Clean room, very friendly staff at the reception. However, unluckily no room upgrade proposed despite Gold status.

The bed was lumpy, the air cooling system didn't work and when we complained twice after being told someone who come up to have a look we were given an inadequate fan. There was no mention of an additional fee for the carpark anywhere on the website - this added an additional £50 to our bill for a 2 night stay. The accessible room wasn't- the shower was over the bath and was not accessible for me. Overall I feel ripped off and lied to by Novotel and will not ever use them again.

Lovely service. Room was freshened up everyday. Fantastic location right next to the train station. Walking distance to the meridian line and serene park for morning walks. Lovely. Will be back.
