The hotel’s lobby is clean, spacious, and welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes a great first impression. I found this peaceful harbour in the midst of London hassle, with superb location next to train connections and very friendly staff. I enjoyed the breakfast and got very useful advise from Bina!

My friend treated me to a wonderful Afternoon Tea experience at Novotel. The ambiance was extremely relaxing , and Abhay and Daniel, who looked after us, were very welcoming and attentive. The little sandwiches , scones and cakes, although small in size, were tasty ( the Victoria Sponge was yummy ). Also on the stylish wooden shelflike rack were some Coronation Chicken rolls. Having sampled some of the filling, I found it fresh and enjoyable, but left most of it as the curry flavour did not seem to fit with an English afternoon tea vibe.Many interesting teas were on offer, and I also enjoyed a glass of prosecco ( priced as an extra ). Thanks to the kitchen and staff for such a pleasant time.

Shocking staff. Not made aware of drilling building works when booking. Not what you expect for £240 a night!! Won't be staying again
