There were a few issues which were disappointing. Check in was very slow with the member of staff clicking away relentlessly on his computer with no communication. I would suggest he needs more customer service training. There was one lift not working and no sign up to say so which meant you thought your access key card wasn't successfully opening the doors. The hotel was very busy. We were on the 6th floor so we spent a ridiculous amount of time waiting for lifts. Not all the bottles had been refilled in the shower so no conditioner which of course is no good to discover when you're mid shower. Whilst the hotel itself is well located and looks good, at a charge of £200 per night per room I would expect higher standards.

As usual a comfortable stay. Enjoyed being on the 4 th floor overlooking the road as quieter there than overlooking the train and DLR station

well located but many small inconveniences given the price: - only one lift functioning - cleaning of rooms irregular and not thorough - no extra blankets in room - no phone in room to call downstairs - radio could be added to the tv offering - booking system complicated and requests not taken into account - better security needed- someone almost had her handbag stolen during breakfast- she ran after him
