The hotel is comfortable and in a great location, close to the river and attractions.

It’s also wonderful to know that you had a smooth booking experience through the ALL App, and that our team, cleanliness, breakfast, and overall service met your expectations. That said, we truly appreciate you highlighting a few areas where we can improve. We’re sorry to hear about the maintenance issue with the wash hand basin and the inconvenience caused by the bathroom layout. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance team for review. We also apologise for the shortage of tea in your room and the lack of decaffeinated options during your stay—this is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we will address this with our housekeeping team to ensure better replenishment moving forward. It’s fantastic to know that despite these points, you would still highly recommend us and the ALL loyalty programme. Hotel was nice enough, and the staff was very friendly, but overall the facility is in need of maintenance/remodeling as the rooms were a bit dated and the furniture was worn and dirty (I had to put a towel on the desk chair because it was pretty nasty looking). The room would not cool down enough and was quite warm at night, and the towels were rough/worn - not the quality I would expect for a Novotel hotel.

Air conditioning in room was ineffective. Breakfast area could have been cleaner and lacked staff during our 2 night stay. Also, plate sizes were reduced and if you wanted a fried egg for instance, you had to ask for it to be cooked rather than it being available on the buffet. Stayed here many times before and standards appeared to have dropped. There are many other hotels in the Greenwich area to choose from.
