What a great hotel! Everything is just perfect. The location is great because it is a couple of blocks away from the old town but in a quiet area. Next to Prague’s main shopping mall. Great breakfast, bar and gym. Neatly decorated. Kaftka worked there! And the best of all…service. Kudos for Peter in the reception. I was there for business but would love to come again for leisure. Will recommend 100%.

The rooms with windows to the street are very loud, I could not sleep because of the noise of the tram. When I asked for ear plugs I had to pay 80czk which is ridiculous.. paying thousands of czk for the stay and they cannot give ear plug for free im such a hotel..have never seen this anywhere else. Also at lunch there was no option for vegetarian food.. without asking they served meat..then had to wait 20 mins for my food again. The conf rooms are old fashioned, the technology and projector is from the 20th century. Don’t go to this hotel for a conference! Overall very unpleasant experience compared to other business hotels! Also the staff hardly speaks English.
