The hotel has an amazing location close to the sea and to city center ( walkable from train station). This is a huge hotel, so lifts can become busy at times. We tried the swimming pool, the water was clean and nice but way too cold for us (probably good for serious swimmers). The shallow end is about 1.5m so not for those who cannot swim. It was nice to warm up in the hot sauna. Back to the lounge, we tried the small play area and the gaming section briefly. The room was nice and elegant, tea and coffee with a kettle. The bathroom was truly amazing, the only problem we had was that the bathroom door was very-very heavy and it was pulled in by that super strong closing mechanism. The view was nice (rooftops and street). The one thing we would have loved was a stronger A/C as we could only tilt the windows (understand that on the 7th), but afternoons the room became too hot even with curtains closed. The cleaning service was amazing and the staff were friendly. Overall a comfortable experience, if they fixed the bathroom doors and put a stronger A/C it would be 10/10.
