Since i entered I like the atmosphere in the hotel and the location is amazing , special thanks to Piotr from reception for his warm welcome and the nice room he provided also thanks to agata from reception as it was my first time in Warsaw i had a lot of inquiries and she was very helpful answering all my inquires , i left with nice impression and definitely i would love to come back

From arrival to departure we were not made feel warm or welcomed. Staff came across and rude and abrupt. Traveled to Warsaw to celebrate 51st birthday with family and despite staying almost 60 nights this year, no welcome letter or acknowledgement from hotel. This is not the way you treat loyal members. A bottle of apple juice is hardly recognition!!!

Room location next to the elevator was convenient but surprisingly loud and affected rest time. It was not the first stay in your hotel luckily cause it may be quite disappointing.
