My husband and I stayed at the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria two different times during a 10-day trip to Poland. We loved the hotel: friendly and helpful staff; comfortable & large well-appointed guest room and lobby; elaborate, delicious buffet breakfast; and a terrific location within walking distance of restaurants, Old Town, and other historic sites.

The pillows are the flufuest! The bed is extremely comfortable. Breakfast was deliciuos. The service (especially Aleksadra- thank you!) is excellent. I really like this mid century modern style, I really like the interior design. Thank you

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Our waitress for breakfast was great. Jraityme was our waitress for breakfast. I apologize for the spelling of her name. Warsaw is a very beautiful city with a lot of history to discover.

The hotel is wonderful. Unfortunately, my stay coincided with the Polish Independence Day and the gathering of people at the monument across the street. This meant that the roads around the hotel were closed and that there were many, many police officers and armed military nearby. One night I even had to be escorted by police into the rear entrance because of some kind of threat that had closed down the blocks surrounding the hotel. Obviously, this is completely out of the control of those operating the hotel. I have no complaints about the hotel itself, but the quality of my stay was compromised.
