Hotel is good and well located. I would just make a comment on the bathrooms which seems to have a problem of water evacuation in the shower (it was the same last time) so if we are not careful, we can flood the bathroom. The cleaning is also sometimes strange. During one day, I had no room cleaned up to 6 or 7PM

The big miss in our King room was the lack of a desk. My husband was relegated to using the only chair and a small round table that barely accommodated his laptop and a mouse while I used the narrow TV credenza and the backless stool for my laptop and mouse. Most traveling couples still have work obligations back at home. I can't imagine people visiting on business being very happy with the lack of support within the room. Further, when I needed to print a document, the printer in the small business center was down so I had to email this document to the front desk for printing. We appreciated the great variety of the breakfast buffet that we added to our stay. However, getting access to coffee was a challenge every day. The space felt understaffed although everyone serving beverages was working hard to make it happen. Finally, the pool was down for repairs. Rooms should have been discounted because this was not communicated up front.

My first choice anytime I'm in Warsaw. Unbeatable location, large comfortable rooms, excellent service and restaurant. Only issue was my room was south facing so got a bit (unseasonably) hot, would be nice to see a ventilation system upgrade, but then again the window is massive so just open that and all is well :)
