Business trip with colleagues. The Sofitel Warsaw excels where it matters - we all know that checkin, room and cleanliness are the baseline. It's what comes next that matters. Our group - a team of 6 people - thoroughly enjoyed the intimate yet excellent hotel bar and its skilled mixologists, the outstanding buffet breakfast - still one of the best i have experienced and finally the bijou but outstanding inhouse restaurant the Brasserie welcomed and sated us all. Warsaw is a very cold place to visit in winter but the Sofitel's welcoming team and warm atmosphere made us all welcome. I recommend and will be back.

My clients booked two rooms before and after their flight. The hotel's service is absolutely not up to par with a 5-star hotel. There's no customer focus. The clients had paid for two nights, one with breakfast, the other without. Ultimately, the hotel refused them breakfast. This is because the reservations department or check-in department was inattentive. We do not recommend this hotel.
