Stayed for 3 nights. Great location. Check in was fast although we were not informed that we would be staying in a room with two twin beds despite reserving a king room.

The hotel is old, and there is a persistent drain-like smell throughout the property and particular the room I had. I complained several times at reception, but the issue was clearly not something that could be fixed with chemicals alone. Given the cold weather, which lasts for approximately nine months of the year in this city, the choice of using air heating as the primary climate control solution seems inappropriate. It dries out the air and appears to worsen the odor problem. The staff were truly amazing and did everything within their power to help, but unfortunately the hotel's infrastructure is old and outdated. As a result, the price point does not reflect the quality and condition of the accommodation.
